Overall it has a pretty poor selection on electronics, household and other things that you shop for at a pawn shop. Pros: Gun, amo, accessories a plenty and fair prices and knowledgeable staff. Decent selection of DVD's at $1.85 each. Blue Ray starting at $3.99. Lots of chainsaws if you are looking, last visit at least 50. Cons: Don't expect the staff to haggle on the price... I have tried and they would rather it sit on the Shelf then sell it sometimes. Very limited Supply on electronics, household items, and quality tools. Overall the staff is nice but it seems very fake and I think they could have better customer service to be quite honest unless you're buying a gun and if that's the case they're great.

Their sign reads something to the effect that they buy silver coins. So, I thought I would give it a try. I brought in a couple of silver dollar proofs. I pull-up in an eighty thousand dollar truck, wearing North Face clothing and Merrill hiking boots. This dullard treats me like crap. I am a retired doctor and am unaccustomed to being talked down to. When he asked "the boss" about the coins, he literally told me to go elsewhere. Good luck staying in business, Pawn One.

He said he didn't have one, but to call the Francis store because they have to most stock. I called. Sure enough. New. Priced under MSRP! Literally could only find one in stock after scouring the internet for a few hours a day for couple weeks. Went down. Blown away. New and used, definitely the best selection in Spokane. Tons of accessories. Sharpshooters always has a line out the door. Nice people, but their stock is just ravaged. They're having to space guns super far apart to make it look full. SIG case is empty. Anyway, I was in/out with the gun (no 10 day waiting period on non-semi auto long guns) in 30-45, only because there was another purchase in front of me. Started with Mike, spent time browsing some guns and gear with Cassie, and ended the transaction with Kirk. Mike was helping me with some ideas for making my Glock easier to handle (triggers, etc). Cassie helped with holsters, was looking stuff up on the internet, informed me that they have a guy that makes custom kydex holsters. Then Kirk showed me his own holster that was made there. We talked shop for a few. Honestly, they made me wanna go back and buy more guns. Super cool outfit. Couldn't ask for better gun purchasing experience in these strange times. I'm sure if you're a pro or a novice, Double Eagle will get you suited and booted.

I found out a few weeks after buying them that the CHAIN WAS FAKE GOLD!! So I took it back to the Francis store. Their policy is no refunds or exchanges. Now I see why. I asked them why can't they exchange the chain for a real one? They have other chains that are the same length and all that, it should have been real easy to simply exchange for the fake one they sold me. I still have not gotten the exchange.
