I have tried and they would rather it sit on the Shelf then sell it sometimes. Very limited Supply on electronics, household items, and quality tools. Overall the staff is nice but it seems very fake and I think they could have better customer service to be quite honest unless you're buying a gun and if that's the case they're great.

They told me If I brought the pendant back in with the chain they could asses the value of the chain. However I had giving the pendant as a gift and no longer had it. I got the run around. I asked them why can't they exchange the chain for a real one? They have other chains that are the same length and all that, it should have been real easy to simply exchange for the fake one they sold me. I still have not gotten the exchange.
