they had a CueTec pool cue for sale at $139, I made an offer, only to be counter offered with "sorry but after we seen your offer we realized this is underpriced!! and then countered with 239?!?!!! and then wouldn't honor the original post price at all or even budge. extremely bad business practices, and unethical It would be in your best interest to find another pawn shop to do your business with! read more

I have never been to a pawn broker before. Regularly, on our way up to my cabin on the Ponderay River, I drive past Pawn One. Their sign reads something to the effect that they buy silver coins. So, I thought I would give it a try. I brought in a couple of silver dollar proofs. If it went well, I would bring more, along with some of my wife high-end virtually new purses (which they also claim to seek). The rep at the counter treated me like I was a criminal. I pull-up in an eighty thousand dollar truck, wearing North Face clothing and Merrill hiking boots. This dullard treats me like crap. I am a retired doctor and am unaccustomed to being talked down to. When he asked "the boss" about the coins, he literally told me to go elsewhere. Good luck staying in business, Pawn One. read more

Pawn 1 - Pawn Shops Near Me - Spokane, Washington

Mike was wonderful! Gave my a super great deal on music gear! I am thankful for The Music Corner, will always come back!

Pawn 1 is no longer the go to for people in Spojane. They used to have knowledgeable people, easy to deal with, good deals, quality merchandise. Now none of the people know even simple things and they have no geologists After spending decades buying from them and spending $1350 on a special designed gold and diamond ring at the Hillyard store I tried to sell it at the Division store. I've pawned it at Pawn 1 multiple times for over $700. The staff at the Division store told me on Saturday the diamond is "worthless" and the gold is only worth '$250" so "I should just keep it". I'm done buying from them. Permanently. read more

Nice little pawn shop. I have shopped here for years and bought a couple things at this location. I'm not into jewelry, but this location seems like that makes up a good portion of the business. read more

First off, I am very Insulted the way I was treated last monday morning after opening at 10 am. I showed up to ask about a laptop, I asked the gal at register if she could lookup when we purchased our last laptop and see if we had a service or repair plan, the red headed man in charge at the second register to the right started talking harsh and direct to me, that he could not look up my wife's information to see. I told him he could not talk to me like that and it got pretty heated. He ordered me out of the store and we kept hollering words back and forth, I proceeded to leave and went to best buy and spent 1100.00 on a new computer. This man should be fired, I grew up in spokane, and i have patronned pawn-1 many times, they lost my business, and all my family and friends. good luck pawn-1. I am sure this is all on their surveillance video. No one working to serve the public has any right to mis-treat or raise there voice to anyone, If they cannot deal with the public, then find another job. read more

Wanted to see what they would give me for my RODE mic Wireless GO (An incredibly good wireless Lavalier microphone). Idk where they get their info at because everywhere I searched? They were selling for no less than $130, but THEY said they are selling for $150 new (fairly accurate) and $90 used (not accurate at all), and they offered me FOURTY DOLLARS you guys. An insanely insulting offer. I see why they dont have more than a 2 star review because that is absolutely insane and a huge rip off price to offer for it. It's like they saw one on Ebay for $90 from someone who either is just trying to get rid of it, or desperate for any kind of cash, but that ain't me and it is seriously insulting to my intelligence as I have been an Audio/Video Producer for 10+ years. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I highly recommend Pawn 1. They are friendly, understanding, kind and knowledable. Anytime I've gone here, whether it be to pawn or buy something, they have always been friendly, welcoming, helpful and understanding of my needs and wants. read more

Went in today to check out a few Xbox's they had after calling and talking to a gentle man about them, stopped one of the employee to see about the pricing on the Xbox after I noticed it was listed 50 bucks above current discounted Xbox prices right now and only 10 dollars less than the in store prices to get it brand new and he told me they were firm on price and they had just repriced and it was a good deal worked in sales a long time this is not the way to go shitty experience read more

Very excellent customer service for a pawn shop. A very upscale pawn shop for the goods they sale.

I go to nearly all the pawn shops for the sake of collecting physical media and sometimes for other discounted finds. AJ at this branch induced that I'm into horror movies, showed me a lot of extra inventory in the back, and ended up cutting me a great deal, which really made my weekend. Make sure to check this place out if you collect games or blu-rays & DVDs. I may be wrong, but I also think they don't make their employees submit to the whole suite of New Normal humiliation rituals, which shows strong character in today's world. read more

Been here a couple times over the years. First time, I purchased a car stereo that suddenly stopped working the second I got it home. I called and they literally laughed at me (n division) I have installed dozens of car stereos for my friends, I know how to do it correctly. After that, I swore never to shop there again. However, I worked as a care giver for adults with developmental disabilities (mentally retarded) for 10 years. If they wanted to go to pawn 1, I had to take them. The one in the valley tried their best to sell my obviously disabled client a very expensive wedding ring. She wasn't aware I was there with him. I put a stop to that. Another time, another obviously disabled client tried to sell an item at the n division location. They offered him 50 cents, again, not knowing I was with him. We went to double eagle and got 20 dollars for the item. This company is disgusting. Predatory sales, selling faulty items, just pathetic. read more

I have shopped the pawn 1 stores for around 30 years. I've had many great purchasing experiences in the various locations. Last week was one for the books. Richard was very patient, and took the time to help my son. He answered question after question, and did everything he could to help us that day. This company has done a great job by hiring solid people like Richard to work in there stores. I have to say that in the hundreds of times I've shopped Pawn 1, I have not had a bad experience. Keep up the great work! read more

If you want to feel like you're buying a car and enjoy that style of pressure and absolute inability to negotiate a price without a conflict you have come to the right place, if you would like to be spit at with Covid-19 and propositioned to fight out in the parking lot by the son of a used car dealer you have found your new home. The employees have very arrogant tudes and are even confrontational. I went in looking for a pressure washer and found one I liked. Then I seen it was missing its breather assembly. Not sure why they even took this in. I asked if they could go down in price, and they said 10 bucks. LOL.. sigh..... Then I asked to see if it worked. Again, more excuses and now attitude on top of it. And she assured me of their 24 hour return policy if it didnt work I could bring it back for a full refund, only available as store credit... They didnt seem to want to even make a sale. I offered to put the machine back where I got it and got an even more hostile attitude. In my day business that treated sales and customers like that generally went out of business pretty fast. But I guess because people depend on their welfare, they have grandiose tudes and think they are better than everyone else. Last time Ill ever buy anything from them. read more

today is a good day I have got my last item from this very dishonest pawn shop and I'm glad to say I don't have to put another foot in the door again and I definitely won't bye for good after 20 years of doing business.. I'm sure I won't be the only customer not coming back.. there's been a lot of bad things going on and they probably don't care .. mark should take a long hard look at how his employees are destroying his shop ... double eagle read more

Pretty disappointed with this business. Don't shop here often at all and went in to buy a tv for a gift for Christmas before purchasing I made sure that if it wasn't what he was looking for that I could return it. Went in to return it due to it not being the right kind of tv and having a scratch in the screen that I didn't notice before... they wouldn't allow me to just get the money put back on my card. They would Only offer an exchange or in store credit... so now I'm stuck with $87 in store credit that I will never use, a credit card bill I still have to pay and no tv for my boyfriend. There was nothing else we wanted to exchange the tv for as they didn't have anything we were needing or looking for. Very frustrated with this and don't even want to return and spend the gift card there due to these policies. I also brought in a tv to sell to them and they only offered me $40 for it but I just paid almost $100 for a extremely small basic tv. Definitely don't think I'll return for anything. read more

I have no clue how this place has only 2.5 stars. I would give them 100 stars they are the best. Their Manager is great and their employees are great. They have pretty good prices for the most part. Went in to look at jewelry. And they were so rude! I'm looking at $2000 earrings after just purchasing and picking up a $500 ring. The least they could do is offer a smile and help. So RUDE!! will not be back and so sad because they have a great jewelry selection. read more

First time pawning anything, and they made the experience pleasant. They offered me more than I expected.

On Tuesday October the 23rd 2018, I sent my girlfriend to the north pawn one in spokane to verify authenticity of a cross necklace purchased from Macys for $499 plus tax. So she went inside pawn 1 to get it checked, she was assisted by a manager named Arye, he verified it was real 10k gold and the baguette and princess cut diamonds were in fact real. Then my girlfriend asked how much she could get if she was to pawn it. The guy responded with an accusation that she was trying to run a scam on the store and said he would only give her $40 for the necklace. This is after it was tested to verify authenticity.. Then he proceeded to tell her (my girlfriend) that she just left the valley store and tried to run the scam on the valley store. My girlfriend of course said no, I had just gotten up from sleeping and went rite to the north store and the necklace was around my neck the whole night and day. I haven't taken it off since I got the necklace. Its way too beautiful to just let it sit... So then the "manager" argued with her calling her a liar and insisting she tried to run some scam. I am currently in the middle of getting upper management involved as this is completely unacceptable behavior from a any customer service member let alone a member of management.. I will post an update after I get results.. And look at the reviews "not recommend" by yelp.. Ya start to see a pattern with this pawn shop... Bunch of negative reviews... Selling bad or broken items and telling the customer they won't make it rite... Sounds like a shady store.. Thinking getting the BBB in on this mite be a good idea.. read more

They sold me a bad xbox one on 10-09-17 and then refused to accept the return. I asked to test it in the store and was told that wasn't possible and if there is a problem with it to bring it back. I had the reciept and was within their seven day policy. I have been a customer for 10 years and now I will never step foot in any of their stores again. Bad customer support. Misleading information by the staff. Aweful return policy. In the business world IF YOU SELL SOMETHING BROKEN, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. read more
