They told us we had to remove our beautiful grass so they could hydroseed it with the wildflowers. We spent hours doing that. After removing the grass, they came out and did the areas we asked. We followed their directions to the "T". The following years we found out wildflowers are so temperamental with weather, dirt quality, none of the things we knew about before we hired them. Now we just have a crappy looking grassy area with very few flowers. Our HOA wanted to fine us the way it looked!! After MANY phone calls with no response, they offered to give us $30 back for the seeds of the wildflowers not producing. All that work and we are so disappointed. We paid $600 for a less quality grass!! I just want to let people know wild flowers can be temperamental evidently, so we are told. Don't do it!! We feel so let down. Added later: I notice this shows we live in California? Nope, Greenacres, WA. That's weird.
