I waited 29 calendar days to get my pistol from 3 Aces. I was told verbatim "we'll pass it on to you when law enforcement responds to the check, or in 10 business days, whichever comes first," when I paid my fee and signed my 4473. That was pretty untruthful lol. I used them for a gunbroker transfer, they didn't follow up with the county, they didn't update me at all until I called them 14 days in when I was told "we don't release guns after the 10 days, we wait until the check is approved." Oh really? Cool. A background check has 30 days for response before one must refile and restart the process, so I called on the 29th day to make sure they didn't already have it, they had gotten it back approved almost a week before and did not call me or leave a voicemail when they got it. When I retrieved my firearm, I was accused of not paying the transfer fee, I didn't ask for a receipt when I did pay it, and had to pull up a bank statement showing the charge on my phone before I could go. There are plenty of other shops in Spokane that will handle your expensive and time sensitive gun purchases with some degree of professionalism. I'd pass these guys up.

Upon receiving the items, I realized they were indeed factory blemished and confirmed them to be blemished with the actual factory directly. After contacting the store they said they will give me a refund, but I am still out of pocket a $150 for FFL transfer fees for receiving, shipping for receiving and FLL fees for returns and shipping for returns.. They were untruthful with the transaction and the last e-email communications went un-answered when prompting them to make it right.

Also it's not if youve never even held one before but okay. Also when I called about pricing they did not mention you had to pay for ear muffs and eye protection. I also burned my chest because there was no mention on the website or phone call that bullets are super hot ? I had a bad experience with an online order. When the car arrived, it had missing parts, dents, scratches, a bent suspension, and what looked like an old seat. I explained all the damages and missing parts, and the next day he called me back offering to send the missing parts and give me a $20 credit for the dents and damages--which isn't even close to what it would cost to get a proper paint job. It feels like they just expect me to spray-paint it myself. Then, they sent me an invoice for the refund, but it doesn't show the full amount I originally paid. At this point, the whole process with them feels really fishy.
