We are maxed out on their available speeds. Tech/ service guys are very helpful and nice but even they can not overcome the limitations of their technology. Neighbors just got Verizon's 4g LTE service and have no problems. Looks like we will be going that route. Sorry Air-pipe... we gave you three years to fix the service up here on the Cougar Gulch relay. Three years too long. From their business description, "Perfect for gaming or watching videos online" = total joke. If you enjoy watching 5 to10 sec snippets of a video at a time, this is the internet service for you.

This company says they have scheduled an appointment to see the problem then never shows up. 6 times at this point. it is nearly impossible to speak with a person and regardless if you get someone on the line they cannot heKP. The employees are not the problem, it's their system. Our Internet has gone up and down at least 10…read moretimes today, and it's only noon. This is a regular occurrence. I called Century link about it and got to talk to the robot who try's to sound like a person. It informed me it found a problem with their line and they would need to send someone out to fix it. The soonest appointment is a week from tomorrow. It conveniently scheduled the appointment for sometime between 8am and 5pm, Central Time, which is 2 hours ahead of where I live in the Pacific zone. The robot also said they will charge me $95 if I am not here when they show up. I've been through the same process at least three times in the last 12 months. I'll get a text telling me that their technician has arrived. No one ever actually shows up at the house. So I drive around and find their Century Link truck parked along the road, about a mile from my house. The technician tells me the problem is somewhere on the main road. I'll get a text later saying it's fixed. That means it will work slightly better for a couple months. Then, I will have to repeat the process, talk to the robot and sit at home for another day so they can not show up again.

I had nothing to lose as my wife and I both work from home and had no internet. I was losing $$$ each day and desperate. I called Miriam and she was super helpful and got me hooked up quickly with quality reliable service. Her and David are a great resource for Internet service and the customer service is 5 stars all the way and worth the extra $$$. With no internet I don't make $$$$. I saw the vehicle tailgating, swerving, yelling out the window in traffic. It wasn't just bad driving; it was aggressive and rude. When you plaster your logo on a vehicle, you are representing your brand to everyone on the road. If this is how the owner treats their neighbors on the road, I have serious reservations about how they run their business behind closed doors. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
