After a frustrating rant at the two, I was directed to the "Genius Bar" at the Apple Store in River Park Square. Well, thank GOD they did! I was impressed the moment I walked in. I was greeted, my appointment was in the system along with the long case log. They directed me to "Karen" who immediately was able to unlock and wipe the new phone to its factory settings. After some skillful diagnostics, she was able to determine the problem was in the restoration sequence from the old phone. From there she was able to revive the new phone and get it to working status. Yes, I would have to reinstall my apps again, but I don't care. They said they would order a "backup" phone in case this one dies again. But, I think it's going to be fine. Thanks to the team at the Genius Bar - especially Karen, who was patient, efficient and personable. My thanks, also, to the store manager (sorry, I didn't get his name) for his understanding and compassion. The store is bright and lively with plenty of helpful, knowledgeable staff moving about taking care of whoever walks in. If you ever have a need for service on any of your Apple devices, or you're looking for top drawer products and service, this is the place to go.

I called T-Mobile service and was connected to a foriegn country, typical sweat shop type organizion. They said they can't cancel account because not allowed to. Really? BS. I called the store back located on 105E Mision Ave. SPokane WA Suite B and spoke to a unexperienced employee who passed the phone to the manager. This manager says they can't cancel the account because they are not allowed to cancel them now, Really? BS again. They make accounts, so they can cancel them. He said to call the main offices and ask for the, get this..."Team of Experts". This is just a crock of more BS. This company is just as scammy as Xfinity, Verizon, and the other cell service companies. I don't recommend this cell company at all because of lack of employee experience and simple access to account discontinuing. We will go to bank and shut this down since that will keep their thieving hands off charging account illegaly. If they charged with knowledge, it becomes fraud. Cell service should not be this difficult to cancel , even after going there and being told it was cancelled. Employee training must be a 30 second video in a foriegn language I guess. They are charging $70 a month for a no longer, non-existant cell phone. Ya, straight up crooks. If I could give less stars I would, I say, "beware people". They are not in service to service you. I was already stressed about having my phone stolen and came in expecting some assistance. I was patient and understanding for over an hour, but being completely ignored and then seeing someone who had just arrived get helped before me was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I understand that employees can be busy, but I feel that I should have at least been acknowledged and informed that someone would be with me as soon as possible.

He found one of the computers I was ACTUALLY looking for at the Division store. 2 for the associate who seemed more interested in selling me something and getting me out of her hair. I'll add one back as I should have been paying better attention. I do research for a reason and I know what I want when I come it. 5 for the morning associate who fixed the problem and found me one of the computers that I was looking for.
