There were three representatives assisting other customers and one manager in the back. I completely understood that everyone was busy, so I waited patiently. However, I was there for a little over an hour and was never acknowledged or even given an estimate of how long I would need to wait. Then, another customer came in and waited for about 10 minutes before a representative began helping him. After seeing that, I decided to leave. I was already stressed about having my phone stolen and came in expecting some assistance. I was patient and understanding for over an hour, but being completely ignored and then seeing someone who had just arrived get helped before me was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I understand that employees can be busy, but I feel that I should have at least been acknowledged and informed that someone would be with me as soon as possible.

They also added it an old phone on the account. So, I have been paying $40 a month for over 2 years for a service plan I didn't ask for or know I had. Be very careful when you walk away from here and check your account online, because the paper bills don't show any itemization of charges. When the phone was returned the box was unopened and the service was never connected. Over the last 2.5 months we have been trying to get our money back. They charged us $125.33 for the phone, unlimited service and a new phone number. We received $65.33 in return. What happened to the rest of the money??? We never even got the phone at our home? I have been incredibly kind with these people. I have not yelled at them, I have always been polite. When they know that sending us to the warranty department will not solve our issue they still pass us off to them. Twice this week I have called to speak to a supervisor and both times I waited between 30 to 45 minutes and when they picked up the phone without saying a word they hang up on me. It is ridiculous! This is the worst kind of service I can imagine. I am beginning to think that the reason they are giving me the run around is because I am disabled. I know that it isn't the easiest to understand me, but really? I have called so many times that I know almost every person in the customer service department. Don't go buy a phone on line from Cricket Wireless. They are horrible. I don't know about the individual retailers, but this run around is BS. All I want is the rest of our money back.

I called them and asked if I could come in and exchange it. He got real sarcastic, rude, snide. I could hear the sneer in his voice. I had called because 1. I didn't want as long to get it. 2. This was my first time with insurance on a phone. Never really needed it. When I called I asked if I come in and exchange because I had insurance. He said no you have to go online. Which wasn't a big deal. I said oh man this sucks. Never blamed it on him. I knew it wasn't something he could do anything about it. He gets snide I could hear the sneer. So could my husband. " you could come in andbuy a new one. " I told him no I will go put in a claim. Hung up. Went online. Made a claim. Canceled my claim when I saw it was almost as much as a new phone. Called him back and asked him to take my insurance off. Same attitude same snide. Why. I told him I didn't want to pay that much for a phone I wouldn't have in my hand in at least a week. He said well if you wrecked your car there would be a deductible. I said this is a phone not a car. He hung up on me. After I told him I didn't like how he was treating me. He didn't turn off the insurance. Evidently I had to call 611. After I called another store and they told me they couldn't do. I would have to call 611. Maybe if I talked to that store I would have understood sooner. The star. I had to give one in order to post. Real star ? 0
