How there theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre paid on your account. He said to call the main offices and ask for the, get this..."Team of Experts". This is just a crock of more BS. This company is just as scammy as Xfinity, Verizon, and the other cell service companies. I don't recommend this cell company at all because of lack of employee experience and simple access to account discontinuing. We will go to bank and shut this down since that will keep their thieving hands off charging account illegaly. If they charged with knowledge, it becomes fraud. Dalton just downloaded the hearing aide app & figured out that it was because my hearing aides were not balanced & all the sound was going to the right (unconnected) side. I spent a total of FOUR HOURS. stretched across 2 days, going back-and-forth between Apple phone techs, the carrier, back to Apple, back to the carrier..... After a frustrating rant at the two, I was directed to the "Genius Bar" at the Apple Store in River Park Square. Well, thank GOD they did! I was impressed the moment I walked in. I was greeted, my appointment was in the system along with the long case log. They directed me to "Karen" who immediately was able to unlock and wipe the new phone to its factory settings. After some skillful diagnostics, she was able to determine the problem was in the restoration sequence from the old phone. From there she was able to revive the new phone and get it to working status. Yes, I would have to reinstall my apps again, but I don't care. They said they would order a "backup" phone in case this one dies again. But, I think it's going to be fine. Thanks to the team at the Genius Bar - especially Karen, who was patient, efficient and personable. My thanks, also, to the store manager (sorry, I didn't get his name) for his understanding and compassion. The store is bright and lively with plenty of helpful, knowledgeable staff moving about taking care of whoever walks in. I went to the web site and checked and it was a computer I had rejected because it DID NOT have many of the features I had stated that I wanted; no backlit keyboard for one . . . AND it was more expensive! I went back this morning, 8am, and returned the computer. The normal morning crew that I usually deal with was on duty and one man returned it and checked his phone . He found one of the computers I was ACTUALLY looking for at the Division store. 2 for the associate who seemed more interested in selling me something and getting me out of her hair. I'll add one back as I should have been paying better attention. I do research for a reason and I know what I want when I come it. 5 for the morning associate who fixed the problem and found me one of the computers that I was looking for. We'll average that to a 4.

There were three representatives assisting other customers and one manager in the back. I completely understood that everyone was busy, so I waited patiently. However, I was there for a little over an hour and was never acknowledged or even given an estimate of how long I would need to wait. Then, another customer came in and waited for about 10 minutes before a representative began helping him. After seeing that, I decided to leave. I was already stressed about having my phone stolen and came in expecting some assistance. I was patient and understanding for over an hour, but being completely ignored and then seeing someone who had just arrived get helped before me was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I understand that employees can be busy, but I feel that I should have at least been acknowledged and informed that someone would be with me as soon as possible.
