Darianna is the worst at customer service. She talked to me in a condescending manner and laughing like I was a fool. There was nothing to laugh about or even smirk while talking to me. She was very disrespectful and not helpful at all. I simply asked her about help in determining which carrier my phone is currently because I got it at xfinity mobile but then recently transferred it to tmobile and they paid it off. She did not even bother to check. She refused to give me any guidance and just mocked me for not knowing what she knows. I am a customer and at that moment I did not feel like one. read more

The worst experience in this shop, don't walk away, run! Please hire employees that are knowledgeable and courteous, or train them. Here, they are bored, rude, and plain ignorant. Terrible experience, after buying 10 devices from this store they keep telling me that as an account holder who pays about $600 a month I can't access my account but someone else who is the only member has to come. Even if they take money from card on my name every month. The technician Elizabeth is unprofessional, rude, because of her I definitely decided to change!!!! read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've encountered. Went into the store for help activating my phone and was denied help because I purchased the phones online. I was told by Miguel that he didn't get the original commission so he wasnt going to help me...And I should go to the other store I purchased it from. First of all, as I explained, I purchased the phone online through T-Mobile. Second, I've been a loyal customer for YEARS. Third, who the hell is this guy to speak to anyone, let alone a customer like that?!? I wasn't rude...I wasn't demanding...How do people like this have jobs? Is this how customer service is run nowadays? I'm embaressed for T-Mobile. Do better. read more

Instead of responding to my concerns, the store has been getting my reviews taken down. I'm going to go ahead and post these everywhere. I was horrified when buying a phone for my mother, I was given a docusign contract and in the middle of reading it, your employee asked to see my phone. He then proceeded to sign the document right in front of me. It's truly shocking that my phone was taken out of my hand and an Equipment Installment Plan contract was entered into without my consent. The T-Mobile employee signed a legal document on my behalf waiving my right to class action suit, to a jury trial, and subjecting me to forced dispute resolution in arbitration. 9/10 times people won't read these documents and the terms themselves aren't particularly obscene, but employees should absolutely not be doing this. It's bad enough that consumers get bilked regularly, but for them to get deceived so forcefully and without any hesitation is infuriating. What if an older adult went into the store to purchase a new phone? Would a contract be entered into without their consent as well? What if their contract contained more unfavorable terms? This store needs to train employees on this matter, and honestly, I wholly expect to be reached out to, apologized to, and for some show of good faith. If I could give no stars I would. Total and complete non caring individuals work at this location. It's like I was inconveniencing them just coming in the store. The one guy needs to pick up his pants and the other one needs to learn how to speak English. They could care less about helping me and make me uncomfortable even being in that place. What a joke this store is. If you're smart you'll stay away from this idiots. Asked for my personal credit Not to run since I was using it for the business and provided the ein...but it a hard inquiry was made with the bureaus. After a bs story they changed to a pre-pay plan and T-Mobile is having difficulty reading some credit cards. I was asked to call their center to have the lady tell me to run to a ATM machine to pay for the service. The most ridiculous experience. STAY AWAY!!! read more

I just dealt with Deep and Irfan and I just want to say that they were absolutely wonderful and I am so happy with their service. I had a whole ordeal of an issue and they did not stop working with me until they absolutely fixed the problem that I was having (which was a major issue and not at all an easy fix). The most uncaring customer service ever. Go somewhere else. It seems like they cared more about sales and upgrades than helping with a problem on phone. Tmobile called and they were very sorry to hear about this. They did more help on the phone than the whole time I was at this store. I switched to Tmobile back in early December, I heard Tmobile was great. So i went and opened 3 lines and purchased a note 9 and the newest iPhone for my fiance. We walk out and get a phone call from management. Hey you qualify for the free Samsung TV. I was like wow this is great. Filled out the information online and it's been two months and still have no TV. On and off tmobile customer service and Samsung no one wants to take responsibility. Almost seems like fraud since someone else recieved the TV according to tmobile and Samsung. This has been a nightmare. And no one willing to help. But really fast and letting me know when my bill changes. I'm done with this company. They dont know where to begin when there is a problem and just expect the problems to go away. I recently switched to T mobile, and quickly regretted coming to this location. When I switched lines there was some sort of mix up in the billing, and I was being charged double what I was supposed to be. So I went into the store to see the same employee that had signed me up. The employee, Alex, was extremely unpleasant from the second I walked into the store. I was calmly telling him what my concern was, and that I wanted some sort of copy that confirmed the plan I was on. He was not digging to the issue to double check to see if any mistakes were made on his end. He just stated the bill price. Then when I asked him again to please give me some sort of copy of my plan, he told me to call t mobile customer service. I didn't see a point in calling customer service since I was already in the store. I reiterated the fact that I just wanted him to print out a confirmation that I was on the plan I had originally wanted to be on. He insisted I call customer service again. I told him to call through the store, and he rudely called customer service just to hand me over the phone expecting me to talk. I don't have a problem with talking to customer service. I have a problem with the employee CLEARLY not wanting to have anything to do with me or my concerns. I had given him my business, he should take the initiative to fix the problems I have because he initially made a mistake. After asking to speak with a manager, Irfan, I was finally treated with respect. Irfan was not only pleasant but eloquent and to the point. He took initiative to clarify any question I had. He also took the extra step to double check that I was on the correct plan. IF you go to this location PLEASE only see the manager. He will actually take care of you. read more
