I'm (literally) lost in this too-fast North American society and needed a patient, kind mentor to guide me into the world of Smart phones. I spent endless hours researching phones and plans and thought I knew what I needed and could learn to use before I went into this store today. Russ was my angel. His advice, patience and knowledge are impeccable. He and Ninos treated me like I was their own Nana and set me up with a (less expensive!) phone and plan that are more appropriate for my needs. I only wish that their customers treated them with the courtesy, respect and integrity that they showed me. Besides transferring my contacts from my dead net10 phone, they made sure that I understood the essentials before I left, and offered their ongoing support. It was a huge relief to have help navigating the mean streets to my next appt. and to finally be able to call my son whose calls have been blocked to my island outside the continental US. I hugged them (the polite thanks where I live) and promised to give them the praise that they so highly deserve. It's too rare up here to find such dedicated and excellent customer advocates. Thank you both, Russ and Ninos! And best of luck to you, Russ, on your new adventure.

The first time, my phone had water damage and it seemed like the only option was a full replacement, which was not in my budget. When my screen was broken after taking a header onto a tile floor, I knew where to go. They remembered me and even gave a discount. Highly recommend for their transparency, efficiency, and workmanship.
