He would yell at them to remember what to say and ask what they're doing wasting time while all he was doing was laughing on the side with two younger women. This was so unprofessional to see and when I was being helped by the wonderful man another employee preferred to go up to the man helping me instead of his own manager and I don't blame him. I'm not here to tell anybody how to do their job but I personally think everyone agrees a united front looks professional in front of customers. Some reason they set our plan up with an extra line that has no usage causing me to pay an extra $55 a month! Always double check your bill especially when you are set up on autopay!
