I didn't get any drinks from the bar but there's always next time. My wife ordered the white widow which is a chicken sammich with i don't know what on it but she said it was delicious as I didn't get a bite and I ordered the Barry White with jalapeño au jus and jalapeño cream cheese. After free parking in the garage close to La Madeline, my much better half & I (gimp)walked to this fine eatery. It was so clean inside, with bright/legible menus posted above the counter as well smaller/personal sheets available at the registers. The wait staff were all eager and ready to assist, in addition to maintaining the impeccable restaurant cleanliness. I enjoyed the nutty mixed up salad; my wife enjoyed a salmon sandwich (not on the menu but available because she asked for it) that included the sumptuous salad bar & chips. I did think about ordering a soup--it was a bit brisk outside, but inside the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. In fact, we decided to sit at one of the tables, and placed a locator number on the edge, definitely guaranteeing the cooked items were fresh! One thing caught my eye on the Northeast edge opposite the salad bar: FREE ice cream (vanilla/chocolate/swirl) on a small sugar cone. How could I resist?! This was the first time I'd ever eaten here, but it for sure won't be the last! Jason's Delivery certainly has my coveted "¡Wheel of Approval!" I was very impressed with everything, from entrance/ease of ordering & paying (all major credit cards/cash)/cleanliness/affability of staff. ¡I'll definitely return!

Limeade - I buy a gallon every few weeks. Really great. I drink a little as is, but mostly cut it with some Pelligrino for a lighter, lower/calorie beverage. (And on occasion might cut it with some vodka or tequila!) The customer service is great. See note pictured - it's the second time I've gotten a note...and since the sandwich is delivered in a classic paper lunch bag, the note always reminds me of childhood, when my Dad would put a note or draw a face on my lunch. I have enjoyed everything I have tried so far. The classic burger is juicy and the beef has a great flavor. The southwest scrambler also had a great blend of flavors. I added bacon strips on the side. It did not disappoint. The flavor of the bacon was a great addition. Everything tastes better with bacon! I was simple with my drink order and had an orange mimosa (several). Great flavor. Makes it difficult to get just one. They do offer other flavors and flights along with many other cocktail choices and beer. I recently tried the steak and eggs, a new menu item. You have options when you order. I ordered mine with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon (of course), and toast with my medium steak. The eggs were delicious and so fluffy. The flavor of the bacon went so well with the eggs and the potatoes. I like steaks. To me, the flavor of the steak was missing something compared to the rest of the plate. This has been the only time that I have not finished everything on the plate. I'm sure the seasoning of the steak will improve . I'm not saying the flavor was bad making the steak inedible. The flavor was just not to my liking. This does not stop me from returning and I still highly recommend that you stop by. I haven't gotten to the prices! I have been to brunch in many places across the country and in Texas. Sadly, many are disappointing and seem to feel that because it's "brunch" they can over charge for their plates and especially their drinks. I am so glad Nomel does not. The location is not conveniently close to the highway, but it is definitely worth the drive.

We are not sure what happened, but the place changed. The old staff (who were relaxed and fun to be around) are all gone, the delicious food we kept returning to have is also gone, replaced by a menu that doesn't know what exactly this restaurant wants to be (tacos, fried chicken, attempt at French menu items, etc). They have 6 different kinds of French toast. We tasted 2 of them, and they have the same taste. Just different toppings. The price for the French toast with eggs, bacon and home fries was $17. Now they charge $18 just for 2 slices of brioche with some sauce that resembles the old Banana Foster sauce, and an additional $6 for the eggs, bacon and home fries. Disappointing, and more expensive than it's worth. Walking into a restaurant to be held hostage by some speech about a small store selling books inside the restaurant?! Yeah, don't do that. If we hadn't already ordered, we would have left. No refill on water, no inquiry about any other drinks. Looking around, I find it unacceptable to bring food to the table 5 minutes apart for every person at the table. The staff now wears embroidered shirts with the restaurant logo (except for one, she was just chewing her gum while taking orders- also, ew), and the atmosphere has changed from casual to "we wanna be high end, we made some money so now we want you to pay more".
