Craving vegan food? This is the place to go. Ambiance - Plenty of seating inside, cute decor, and great service. Food - Heard about the lunch special in which you can choose from a select list of sandwiches/salads and a soup (in a cute plate) for $8. Had the chicken chipotle which came with plenty of meat and great sauce. The cauliflower soup was well recommended on yelp and it did not disappoint. Pricing - $10 total for the lunch special, tax, and tip. Pretty good deal considering the amount. Overall, I would definitely drop by if I wanted something healthier to eat. The cauliflower flower soup was definitely worth coming back for.

PHENOMENAL! OMFG T COASTERS IS EFFING PHENOMENAL! I don't care about healthy. I don't care about vegan or vegetarian. All I care about is tasty and T Coasters is flipping tasty so it's just an added bonus that it's a healthy food alternative. I'm not going to go as far as to say it's zero calories, zero carbs, zero sodium healthy, but it sure is a hell of a lot healthier than a sandwich from Subway and 62 times tastier. I seriously used to live a minutes walk away from this place, but in the span of time that I lived in the vicinity I never made it to TC. This may be my only regret in life. I'll tell you now, the outside is completely misleading...you just expect a whole hell of a lot less. The shopping center it's in (although they are moving in the near future) just gives of this dingy, hole-in-the-wall feel to it. The inside of TC is charming and colorful. They play a mix of today's pop and a few "older" songs (I didn't hear anything from any earlier than 2009). Just a cool ambiance. And the clientele was a mix of middle class folks, college kids, security guards, scrubs (you know those in some kind of medical profession) and hipsters. So just a big ol' mix of people. The place was poppin'. I set out specifically to try TC 'cause it's just been too long to say I've never been to this place. I took a seat at one of the tables closest to the door and scanned the menu. There's about 5 or 6 half pages, but only 2-5 items listed on each page. I still flipped through it about 8 times. The solo waitress came to take our drink orders and we both decided on smoothies. When in Rome, right? I went with the Super Antioxidant. It was perfect. Not too sweet and not missing anything either. The Antioxidant is loaded with buuuuuuuuuries. I would definitely recommend this if you need a fruity detox and at $2.99 a pop, this can be an everyday thing. Oh and I just want to touch on the 'solo waitress'. I think she does a fantastic job handling all the tables and honestly working in such a tight space, I think it would be too chaotic to have more than one server. On her next arrival we decided to order. 82% of the time, I'm not actually ready to order, but I hate making people in my party wait on me so I just say what ever item is in front of my face when the server looks at me. I landed on the Shrimp with steamed veggies, mashed potatoes and Cilantro Soup ($6.99). My soup came first and while I have never even thought of making cilantro into a soup, let me say...I never want to eat soup that is not Cilantro Soup! Super creamy (I have a sneaking suspicion it is made with sour cream) and not too cilantro-y. When my shrimp with veggies came, I may have started dipping the broccoli and carrots in the soup. The shrimp was cooked with simple seasonings, but was extremely flavorful and great in the tangy dip it was served with. The mashed potatoes were simple mashed taters, but it completed the dish perfectly. It's been said that I eat to much and it seems to boggle people how I stay so skinny. Here's the secret: The more you eat, the more you chew. The more you chew, the more calories you burn. I have no scientific proof of this, but it sounds right. Just think about it. So for good measure we went ahead and ordered the strawberry cheesecake. The strawberry cheesecake is topped with strawberry marmalade deliciousness. Okay maybe it's not a marmalade because it has a jam consistency, but the specs of strawberry led to the name. Like the little girl in the cell phone commercial said, "When you want more, you want more. We want more, we want more." Or something like that.

Been watching what I eat & places that have a kids option is super important to me so my daughter can eat as well. I was so impressed by my meal, my daughters meal & the customer service ! Went during lunch time and they didn't offer to much for kids for lunch but after I requested at least fruit for my daughter they came out with the yogurt and fruit cut up for her , so sweet! My lentils soap was so good & I finished my sandwich so quick it was so creamy and the bread was toasted perfect. I would definitely be going back

Ease of location is a definite yes! Right off access road to I-10 lots of parking! Small and busy for lunch but I didn't see anyone waiting. Service was fine and food came out fast so they have there stuff down when it comes to the "lunch rush" Got the special a GREAT value. Soup or Salad with a full sized sandwich for under $8.00. I tried the Cilantro soup recommended by our server and it was delish. I know it sounds gross but no it was really good no hard cilantro flavor. I had the salad with sandwich. The salad with the combo was nothing super special but it was fresh and the balsamic salad dressing was great. The sandwich was decent lots of lettuce warmed up. The smoothies looked good and they have a special from 3:00-5:00 might be great for rush hour. The value, service and fresh quality is why I give a t-coasters a 5 stars!!

    Salmon Omelette

This place is the spot, I was traveling and decided to stop here for breakfast, the food was delicious, I had a salmon omelette and woah, the portion was huge, and let me tell you, I was surprised they didn't slump out of the salmon. At the end. The price was great and I probably would have paid more, but left a generous tip. :) the fruit platter was an extra I wasn't even expecting, splendid surprise while I waited for my omelette.

Chipotle chicken and cauliflower soup. 8$ meal only!

Alls i can says is.. i was not even hungry when i came to this place. My pure intention was to maybe just get a smoothie or a tasty drink of some sort maybe a soup... but the lunch value of a sammich and soup was only 8$? Hmm, maybe i can just order one and just take a bite out of it and be done with it.... nope lol. It was too good to stop at just a bite! No joke, i had already started eatinn my designated lunch prior to coming and i was just tagging along with some coworkers. And i ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich and cauliflower soup and somehow my appetite suddenly grew fierce! I ate half that sammich and half the soup and then some lol. It was too good! My coworkers all agreed with their respective lunches too. They also had the chipotle chicken and one had the philly steak and cheese or something like that, which he thoroughly enjoyed too. I wouldnt mind stopping in here again if in the area and feening for a wholesome sammy and soup meal!

Coming here to T-Coasters for the second time was hard to not compare with the healthy restaurants from Seattle/Tacoma. I'm not sure if it was the day, but the service was really bad and I felt unwelcome as soon as I walked in. Our server was bland, and they didn't refill our waters or check on us ONCE. They weren't attentive and it just isn't the service that I'm used to receiving cause I would never get bland service from Seattle/Tacoma area.. maybe it's a cultural difference but... not satisfied. The food on the other hand was really good and it really sticks to its theme of healthy food!! The chicken chipotle sandwich, the fat burner smoothie and the cilantro soup are all really good options if it's your first time coming here!! I recommend the fat burner smoothie but it is very very sour so watch out!! On the ambient tho!!!! It's waaaaay tooooo DARK in here!! For a vegan place the ambient feels more of a bar and it really doesn't match the food theme very well. You would expect a bright lit place when sipping on a super green smoothie but that's not the case.. all the windows are covered with thick black curtains and it's kind of really contradicts the health and energetic feeling you get from eating the food!!! Overall, I really enjoyed the food, but I really just wasn't a fan of the service. If I come here again I'm hoping for a better customer service experience. As always happy dining!!!!

I do not mind T-Coasters. I do not mind it at all. Highlights: Fast, friendly service. Fluffy scrambled eggs. Super fresh fruit. Bangin' salsa verde. Drawbacks: I wish that it was indicated on the menu that when they say "yogurt," they actually mean pink, flavored, imitation yogurt. I would have liked a side of genuine yogurt to accompany my fruit. Oh well-- room for improvement! I grabbed breakfast with a friend here the other day, and was generally pleased with what I found. The restaurant brands itself as a "healthy food type place," which I found to be mostly true (sans the imitation yogurt). Otherwise, though, I quite liked the food I received. The only other suggestion for improvement I would give is that they should definitely add herbal teas to their hot beverage lineup. That would be a definite win in my book.

It became a special treat for our family while visiting our Tía in home hospice--and one of her last, most joyful bites. Food and our family's recipes are at the heart of who we are, so hearing my Tía Emma call it "magnificent" meant everything. While, we didn't dine in, we noted the atmosphere struck the right balance of upscale bar and grill on our two visits. Please note, this place get packed on weekend nights. As we were seated our waiter took 10 min to great us and then another 12 min to bring our drinks. I didn't think anything of it yet it was a precursor to the rest of our dinner. After he took our order our kids food came out in a very timely fashion but our two orders of salmon and one steak sandwich took 40 min to arrive at the table. What a ridiculous waste of my time because my sandwich was missing the fries ordered and our waiter thought nothing of it till I brought it up then he took another 10 min to bring my fries. All this while simultaneously forgetting the sauce for the salmon which also took another 10 min to bring out. The salmon was so dry it was tacky and stuck to your teeth. If you know the feeling you know it's bad. The rice that came underneath the salmon was crunchy and way undercooked. All while the waiter was like oh I can bring you free deserts for your wait all while I could only think about how I just wanted to leave. I was internally livid and exhausted but kept it to my self after seeing the owner or manager who we the guy with the white hair over at the bar enjoying a few alcoholic beverages meanwhile his restaurants service and waitstaff to the worst possible job they can. I saw the people who got the most attention and good service were all regulars sitting at the bar laughing it up with the manager/owner older guy. Why not make sure your restaurant is running smoothly and food is being delivered and prepared properly and stop trying to impress the regulars who most likely will show up either way. Any restaurant that is this unorganized and unmotivated is due to crappy management. All this and the waiter is like I'll comp you for the steak sandwich with a discount for the bad service and salmon which was a whopping $5. I don't want a discount I don't want free day old desserts I want good service and decent food. Discounts and free desserts will never fix the problem because it will always be a crutch for trashy customer service. How about stop drinking with the guests and whoop that staff into semi decent shape buy some high chairs and make sure your expo does a once over quality check on the food and time it takes to get to the table EVEN if that means stepping in and doing it yourself. The restaurant is dark the tables are sticky the whole place is very compact . Perfect and quite attractive after 5-6 wines for sure. I'm sure the food is outstanding after a few drinks as well . They gave us a $25 dollar gift card to return which if I could I'd give to the owner so he could experience the same horrible food and service we did. I wouldn't even give the gift card to someone I hated. This was one of the first times in a long time I didn't just let it slide because I understand all restaurants and people have bad days but this was exceptionally bad. If you are thinking it can't be that bad think again it absolutely can. The whole "I'm sorry we usually have awesome service and everyone loves our food it's probably just me and my family " is laughable . This isn't my first time here while visiting El Paso. The food is getting worse.

Granted, it was a Monday, and afterwards when I found out it was more of a bar that happened to have 90s video games, well the hype died a little bit. It also made sense why they'd be closed for lunch on a Monday. As I understand it, they're trying to steer away from the 90s theme because it seems like folks on the younger end are the bigger demographic. I mean, big surprise the folks in 30s and 40s don't go out and would rather stay in and go to bed earlier. I guess retro isn't as popular anymore. I mean it's not bad. As a bar it has pretty decent food, a good array of drinks, and a place to be sweaty and uncoordinated ie a dance floor. I guess when I came in here I thought it'd be more like an old school arcade that happened to have booze in it. Sort of like that one place with rows upon rows of games, laser tag, bumper cars, and ticket machines, so you could win cheap plastic prizes while getting absolutely hammered. Think Stranger Things but fewer monsters and more high scores. Cowa-friggin-bunga. Unfortunately for my own imagination that was not the case. Still, they have some classic 90s games against the wall. Ninja Turtles (NOT Turtles in Time), Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, all manner of Pac-Man and others. The games are all free, which is a definite plus. It's just more bar than arcade. Just so you know before going in. If that's what you're expecting out of this place, by all means go on in. For starters the atmosphere was so cute. Absolutely loved the bar and hanging pots everywhere. Such a clean restaurant and cute vibe. Our waitress was very nice and friendly to us. So no issues there! For drinks I got their berry lemonade which tasted just like lemon juice. I had to request for sugar to be added since it was so sour so beware. My food had came out and to be honest I'm just a little bit disappointed. The rigatoni was cooked but the sauce for it was really not tasty? Like there was almost not a flavor I can taste. Of course there was something but it was very plain and barely even there. It also was not spicy whatsoever. I added grilled chicken too and oh boy was that dry dry DRY. The burrata personally I'm not a fan in general so of course I wouldn't be a fan this time either but they gave a nice little plate full of it. They added some oiled toasted bread and it was way too crispy in my opinion. My partner got the chicken Parmesan and his dish tasted great! Very juicy chicken and cooked all the way. The sauce was perfect too nice and flavorful and great pairing with the chicken. His butter noodles were just like regular butter noodles so not bad. Finally the crème brûlée. Probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. It took repeated stabs to break the sugar glaze on top. Me and my partner were honestly thinking that they added the cream on top to hide how burnt it was actually. Unfortunately because the glaze was so thick and burnt it made the rest of the cream taste have the burnt flavor. It was sad because my partner was looking forward to this desert. Also took wayyy longer to arrive than our entrées. I will say that the waitress was very helpful and she actually covered the crème Brulé. I didn't even ask she just offered, I think she could tell that we didn't enjoy it and I had nicely told her it wasn't what we were expecting so thank you sincerely. Overall I think this is a perfect spot to maybe try drinks and hang with friends. Food was okay, wouldn't try it again in that regard but overall a decent spot here in El Paso if you're looking for something new. Maybe best to ask what's their best dish to serve. Overall thank you.
