So my sister in law and nephew stopped to visit and somehow the best sammich place in town came up and everytime we came up with a name, they said it was aight but there was better. They finally gave us the name of this place so once they left, my wife and I ventured over to this spot and boy were we pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is amazing and full of energy, the sammich names are loco cool, they serve kool-aid, how awesome is that and tier desserts are yummy. I didn't get any drinks from the bar but there's always next time. My wife ordered the white widow which is a chicken sammich with i don't know what on it but she said it was delicious as I didn't get a bite and I ordered the Barry White with jalapeño au jus and jalapeño cream cheese. My Sammich was so good and once I fished all the sliced jalapeños from the au-jus and placed them in my sammich, that was the ultimate bite. You can never go wrong with cheeba hut before going out. They have a large variety of options on the normal menu. When you discover the secret menu though it opens a whole new range for your taste buds. I know I'll be back to try a few other sandwiches very soon. read more

Was hoping for a great new toasted sandwich spot (Loved Quiznos) and unfortunately Cheba Hut missed the mark. This sandwich was called the big 5-0, supposed to have 5 different pork meats. 5! As you see from my pic it was very scarce. I really probably only received about one piece each of the meat listed: Smoked ham, genoa salami, prosciutto, peperoni, bacon. Other items on it listed, giardiniera pepper, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and Shake & House dressing that seemed non existent. For the managers/owners, I recommend removing the type of foil used to wrap these sandwiches. It was very flimsy and when I opened my sandwich a piece of foil tore off somewhere which can be a choking hazard for kids or others who aren't paying attention. And definitely look into re-evaluating your meat portion. read more

My first experience was last Friday I ordered the La Canna at first bite the flavor of this sandwich slapped me in the face so delicious. The seasoning was just perfect. I even called The Cheba Hut to let them know how very pleased I was with my sandwich. Today I ordered the 5-0 delicious. Again just full of flavor I could clearly taste every ingredient in that sandwich. Schlotskys used to be my favorite hands down, well The Cheba Hut just rolled right on over that. Where has this place been I consider myself a sandwich connoisseur so I have tried them all I thought. So happy to discover the Cheba Hut. The La Canna is best Italian sandwich I've ever had. My biggest regret is not getting a bigger one. I will be back within a week and telling everyone I know to come try. Ah man, I feel bad writing this review because the staff were friendly and amenable. We ordered two medium combos and the total was a steep $35 ($17 bucks per combo!). We were startled by the price and even more shocked by the small size of the sandwiches. Had the quality been extraordinary, this may have been an easier pill to swallow.
