This is a brand new place so I will review with some grace... reservations on Valentines for 6 pm but the food did not come out until 7:30. Drinks also took about 45 min. The menu is mainly brunch which I wasn't aware of that from the pics on IG but that could be my fault if I didn't read that before. The food we had was delicious, savory and well prepared and seasoned! The drinks were also really good. Overall, the experience was good, ambiance was good, music was good and lots of tv screens. I think once they get the kitchen running a bit quicker and maybe more servers it will be amazing there! Again, I get it's new but we didn't expect it to take that long to be served and for there to be no dinner menu at 7 pm. Will definitely return. read more

Me and my husband came here the other day, the staff was amazing! The restaurant itself looked very nice and we loved the music playing in the background, they had nice big tvs too for the games lol. Now for the food that was amazing! We've been looking for a place here in El Paso that reminds (mostly my husband) of Dallas soul food. This place is a 100/10 everything from the friendliness of the staff to the food and drinks! We got the seafood fries (delicious!) as a appetizer (ft my baby's hand) and for food I got the oxtail grilled cheese while my husband got the shrimp and grits(not pictured)... both of those were spectacular!! I ended up convincing him to trade me for the shrimp and grits hehe We will definitely come back again! They are also kid friendly which is surprising because we were sure at first, they also have a changing table in the restroom I'm sure they've put up by now (don't find many of those in restaurants either :/ ) read more

I think I found my new favorite restaurant on the West side! Nice R&B music playing, friendly staff, and great food too. The shrimp & grits were amazing and my mom loved her hot honey chicken sandwich. We're already planning on going back, and I'm hoping to convince some friends to join me for one of their Sunday parties too. read more

Don't let the outside fool you. Once you are inside the place is amazing!! I went on a Thursday 3 others. Music was some really good classic R&B variety. The service was fast. Server friendly and gave some good recommendations. Only reason I can't give the 5th star was for the fact that no oxtail and Mac and cheese were available. Will say maybe cause it was a Thursday or maybe the menu is rotating. But the food we had was amazing!!! Everything pictured was just so delicious. The grits are so buttery that o couldn't get enough. The Salmon was so big and flavorful and that sauce over everything!!! Making my mouth water writing this. Definitely recommend!! read more

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I finally did. It is so worth it! The food was fresh and flavorful. The service was good. The overall vibe of the place was nice. It gave sports bar vibes with tv's all around. It wasn't very busy as it is a newer place and It is a little pricey but definitely worth it. It had freshness and flavor you can't get anywhere else. The fish wasn't fishy, the chicken had a nice breading and flavor, the grits were stone ground, and the waffles were fluffy. The drinks looked delicious. Will be going back. read more

I wanted to LOVE this place so bad!! My love and I came for a quick lunch before going back to work. Got in at 11 and it was completely empty except for one other person, we ordered the appetizer shrimp and deviled eggs, I got a mix drink and the hubby got water with lemon, and placed two orders of chicken and waffles, after receiving our appetizer we've already been seated for some time, around 11:40 our host tells us their shipment just came in and there's no chicken at the moment...after placing an order how long does it take to realize you don't have an item when you open at 9? We asked if all chicken items were unavailable, including wings, which they were also unavailable, the hubby ordered another meal to go but so hoping next time will be different, still willing to give it another try cause the food looks so amazing...other than that the vibe of the place was great and the devil eggs were really good read more

We got there around 1:50 checked in and the receptionist told us it would be a 25 minute wait... we didn't get seated until 3:00 not a big deal right until we get seated we order our food and we asked for wings as an appetizer the server told us it would be about 20 minutes to get them to us we didn't receive the wings until around 4:30 at that point I just wanted to leave. When we got the wings I just told the server to cancel our entree and just give me the check at that point I couldn't wait another 2 hours just for our main course. Don't get me wrong the wings were really good but were they worth the 2-3 hour wait helllll noooo. I also was disappointed by their menu they had like 10 things on it but that could be because they aren't fully opened yet. The server was nice and apologized to us as well. OMG! Where do I start! The service was 10/10! Waitstaff was super friendly and inviting! The ambiance was very nice loved the decor! Now the food......,BEST food I have had in El Paso thus far! I had the crab stuffed salmon, honey jerk chicken wings, fried lobster with red velvet pancaked and ALL of it was amazing! The food was seasoned to prefection and pleasing to the eye as well!
