    Bacon-fat Washed Maple Old Fashioned
    Love P.

Oak & Antler delivers elevated comfort food with excellent cocktails. We had our drinks at the table, starting with the bacon fat-washed maple old fashioned which was rich, savory, and beautifully balanced, as well as the Sandía Sol, which was bright and refreshing. Shout out to Anthony, the bartender. The deviled eggs and red and gold beet salad were solid, well-executed starters, and the shared southern fried chicken with macaroni and cheese was the highlight: crispy, juicy chicken and comforting mac that hits exactly the way you want it to. Warm service, relaxed pacing, and a menu that knows its strengths make Oak & Antler well worth the visit.

Had the pork chop.... And it lives up to the hype! Delicious! Wife had the half chicken and it was also delicious. Awesome place, great service, great drinks. Definitely will be back.

We had such a great experience at Oak and Antler! We didn't even realize they had a happy hour, so that was a fun surprise. The deviled eggs and drinks we picked were only $7 ... such a good deal and absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the Southern Fried Chicken with hot honey on the side, and I went with the Atlantic Cod. Both dishes were incredible ... perfectly cooked, flavorful, and definitely worth coming back for. The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish, and we're already looking forward to our next visit! Service was amazing!

Have you ever had a restaurant so amazing while on vacation that you actually are sad you don't live there? That was Oak & Antler for me. I don't even know where to begin my review because everything was stunning. They advertise themselves as an elevated dive bar with elevated being the key word here. The atmosphere was beautiful, the long bar at the back was such a pretty focal point, live music was playing, and there were sports playing above the bar but there were also intimate tables that screamed date night. We had Jeremiah as our waiter and he made us feel welcomed and important for the go. His recommendations were spot on and we were constantly being checked on. Now to the best part- the food! My best friend and I ordered the fried chicken and it is the best I've ever had. It is crunchy, flavorful, juicy, and an extremely generous portion. I loved dipping it in the hot honey that accompanied it. The pickles included weren't my favorite but that is such a small thing and honestly just a personal preference. I was stuffed after the chicken but it was so delicious that I had to try dessert because I knew they were going to knock that out of the park. I got the peach cobbler and OMG it was perfect. I just really cant say enough nice things about this place. Im going to make a trip to El Paso from Abq solely to support them because it is so obvious that an enormous amount of love and attention have gone into crafting something so wonderful.

The deviled eggs.... Tasty little bites!

One of the best surprises of 2025 came in the form of this beautiful establishment in good ol' El Paso, TX. I lived here twenty years ago and never imagined coming back to one of the best meals I've had the pleasure to eat. Parking was easy enough to find - a spot on the street right in front of the restaurant. Upon entering, I was taken aback by the tall ceilings, taxidermy pieces, and color scheme. But the real draw was the giant framed television in the back wall and the lounge area beneath it. The kind of place you'd want to meet up with friends for really good wine or fancy cocktails. The place was like a swanky, hip hunting lodge. The staff was very friendly. I was immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant. It wasn't terribly busy when I arrived and I was seated right away. Topo Chico and a house made lavender lemonade were perfect after just finishing a run. And then there was the food. Oh my, the food. Listen, this place had me at deviled eggs and pork chops. The deviled eggs had a generous amount of filling, even had a slight little kick that was unexpected but just right. I didn't hesitate to order the pork chop. It's the whole reason I came. The server recommended it be prepared medium to which I said "yes please." I also ordered the newly added cucumbers because a refreshing little bite sounded good. So much food but so worth it. The pork chop was delicious. I mean, so flavorful and melt in your mouth tender. I didn't know I could love a pork chop more. Then there were the black eyed peas and collard greens. I love me some collards and these were perfect. The peas? I could eat them at every meal - and I don't like legumes. But these were exceptional. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. From my sweet server who provided just the right amount of attentiveness, to the chef who came out of the kitchen to check on patrons, to the owner who shared the story of Oak & Antler and how it came to be what it is today. Overall, this gem with its southernish flare was the most pleasantly unexpected find and everything you could want in a dining experience while on a work trip. Kudos. And I can't wait to come back.

Where does one begin? Rarely does a business who just started serving food meet the expectations. It takes months for them to get the hang of it and get a routine. That's normally. In this case oak and antler already has it. Service was A+ Food was A-. Just cause the only thing that was good but didn't blow me away was the Mac and cheese. It was good not great. But I got the Pork Chop and it was really good! I'd go back for that. We also got the peach cobbler and I really liked it. The blueberries really added to it. But two things stole the show for me. The Bacon Fat Old Fashioned and the Brussel sprouts. I'm a sucker for goat cheese and honey! They did it right! But saw someone get the fried chicken so on my next visit I'm getting that. I need to try it.

One of the best spots in the heart of downtown El Paso, great hospitality, we showed up with out a reservation which is encouraged and they were able to find us a place to sit and dine. Highly recommend the Sandia Sol and the Rosemary Gimlet. Love music as well.

Service is very good and the food was well made. Ambon r was nice and there was live music.

Food was absolutely exceptionally. Kevin was a phenomenal waiter, very attentive. Definitely coming back.

    Japanese Sea Bass was yum!

We had a wonderful experience dining here. The food was amazing, the cocktails sublime and the ambience was so refreshing. We listened to an excellent saxophone player. Our waiter, Hector, was friendly, efficient and available. The manager/owner was thoughtful and attentive. Definitely go here.

I kept it classic with waffles, bacon, and eggs--and it absolutely hit the mark. The waffles were light, fluffy, and perfectly golden, the bacon was cooked just right, and everything came out fresh and satisfying. Simple comfort food done right. But what really elevated the experience was the atmosphere. They had live musical entertainment by Louie, who was incredible. He played a mix of hits from yesterday and today, moving effortlessly between country & western, contemporary favorites, and traditional Spanish songs. His versatility created a warm, lively environment that both staff and customers clearly enjoyed--it added something special you don't find everywhere. Service was just as impressive. Our server, XAY, had a bright, welcoming smile and provided outstanding service from start to finish. They offered great suggestions on local favorites and specials, which made the experience feel personal rather than routine. The vibe overall is relaxed, inviting, and very "El Paso"--a place where you can sit, enjoy your meal, and stay a while. Overall: Delicious, well-executed brunch classics Live music that enhances the experience (not overwhelms it) Exceptional, friendly service Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere Would I go back? Without a doubt. This is more than just brunch--it's an experience.

I went in for brunch, and one place that absolutely deserves a visit is The Junction Brunch House. The restaurant is set inside a literal house, which gives it a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. As for the food? Ay Dios mio! Outstanding. I ordered Big T's Texas Breakfast: two eggs any style, bacon, and pancakes or French toast. I chose scrambled eggs and pancakes. The presentation was impressive, looking more like something you'd expect at a high-end hotel restaurant. The eggs were folded neatly, omelet-style, into a triangle and cooked perfectly--flavorful and fluffy. The bacon was crispy yet juicy, just right. The pancakes were a four-stack, light and fluffy with a beautiful griddle finish. They came with butter mixed with brown sugar and cinnamon, and a side of and maple syrup, which took them to another level. Junction has locally made hot sauce on the table, and fair warning as both packed some serious heat and paired perfectly with the eggs. What really stood out was the attentive service. The staff checked in regularly, made sure I had everything I needed, and seemed to refill my coffee right on cue. While brunch alone makes it worth the trip, the menu offers much more than breakfast. I'm already looking forward to going back to try their lunch options. If you're in El Paso and craving a comfortable atmosphere with excellent food and service, this is a spot you shouldn't miss.

Missing silverware, condiments not being present, and at times things going forgotten or unnoticed when requested. The appetizer (pictured) Philly Egg-rolls, were the best food option we received for brunch that afternoon. It was shareable between 3 adults and filling before the entrees arrived. I wouldn't order the Monte Cristo Sandwhich again, very large, dry and just didn't pair well with the potatoes and the jam offered (pictured). We did have to switch out drinks due to her taste and upkeep up the beverages. The sweet tea originally ordered did not taste well but received new drinks upon request: Mango and Strawberry lemonade.
