Cute little hidden speakeasy! It's located inside Tinman, let a bartender know and they will see if there's availability. The inside is pretty small and the drinks are good (not a huge sake fan) but a cool vibe.

This is a really cute and unique bar in El Paso! It's in the back of Tinman. When we arrived we let the bartender know we were there for origami and she led us to a back room that was beautifully decorated! Seriously, it was gorgeous! It seems like they paid a lot of attention to detail when decorating. The drinks were just okay. They weren't bad, but they didn't wow us. It's worth going just to experience the decor, as it really is lovely!

Vitolas Cigar and Whiskey Lounge encompasses this very experience in a brick-and-mortar establishment that is as tangible as the exquisite cigars they offer. Ashley, the staff member who greeted me at the front cash wrap, was warm and welcoming upon my entrance and provided a professional and knowledgeable walk-through of the assortment of cigars Vitolas offers located in their beautiful humidor. The establishment itself embodies an elegant yet approachable atmosphere that compels you inside as soon as you step through the door with its immediate chill vibe, stylish decor, and delicious yet subtle aroma of the many fine cigars enjoyed within. Upstairs, you can enjoy your cigar with a pairing of liquors selected from their bar and lounge. I am absolutely thrilled that Downtown El Paso has this great establishment available to everyone! If I remember correctly, I entered El Paso on a Monday or a Tuesday, and The Reagan was super quiet. I was informed (by more than one party) that it's packed on the weekends. That makes sense. This place has a speakeasy vibe but with an almost classy sensual undertone. It's definitely unique. I had an Old Fashioned after a long drive from San Antonio. I thought I was celebrating after a poker room in SA just made a verbal agreement with me for good money after a three-hour conversation with the owner. However, he was apparently upset I posted a video from another club in SA that was 40-minutes away and only runs one game. He was also afraid to tell me this and a coward. Solution would have been: "Can you please take that video down?" Whatever, dude. Part of reason that business won't last. A business should be run with honesty, respect, and transparency. Anyway ... at The Reagan, a biker dude came in and he was a singer in Germany because he met his German wife in the US when she was watching one of his shows and introduced herself. He was about to go back to Germany but heard good things about The Reagan so drove an hour on his bike to see it the day before he left. And he was impressed. We talked for about an hour about many things. If you visit El Paso, The Regan is a must! It's like being in a movie. Which movie? Maybe a mix between a 007 movie and Boogie Nights.

I was a little reluctant to order the chicken dish because I wanted the sauce on the side, but it came with the dish. However, I'm so glad that I went with the chicken dish because it was absolutely delicious! Our server ( Anahi) was so gracious and helpful and made sure that everything came out just perfect. The only drawback was that it was a little loud and obviously the restaurant can't control the noise level. 04-04-2026 We came back for brunch on Easter Sunday, and it was even better than we thought! They had a Chilaquiles station, all kinds of delicious salads. My favorite was the beet salad with feta. They also had prime rib and all kinds of brunch favorites. My favorite dish out of all of them was the posole bar, with all the fixings. I wish I would've taken pictures, but I was so eager to eat that I forgot.

Well I recently paid them a visit again and they did not disappoint, we were immediately greeted by a friendly waitress and ordered some non alcoholic drinks. Service was fast and she checked on us often. Although this is more of a bar (with a kitchen), it's a great spot to drop in for a quick bite to eat even if you're not having a drink. Rolled tacos and fries did the job for us, the tacos were not soggy and the sauces were banging! Ambience wise, it is a bar so it is a little darker inside with music playing at a moderate level but not so loud you can't hear yourself talk. This was in the late afternoon so I imagine at night it's a bit more lively. They also have lots of big screen TVs for your sports enjoyment. FYI When I first visited this spot, some relatives told me to avoid the area and all bars including this one, well I'm happy to say they were very wrong. Dont judge a book by its cover or listen to paranoid Tia's. You won't be disappointed, this place will stay on my list of neighborhood grub spots in El Paso.
