Came to this Jersey Mike due to being the closest to where I was at and walked in and asked if they could toast my sub and they said they don't do that here which I've never heard of so if you subs toasted stay away cuz they will tell you they don't do that here due to management decisions read more

The staff are friendly. I have always preferred Jersey Mike's subs and I'm pleased that there has been one built in the NE. The not so good is they are starting to give less meat on their subs already. I was hoping they wouldn't be following Subway. I'm not there long enough for the ambiance. Thank you. read more

There was five workers in the kitchen and they still managed to take 30 minutes to make my singular sandwich. Been there multiple times and the service is consistently bad enough for me to take the inconvenience of writing this review. This was the worst sandwich ever made coming out of jersey Mikes. I My family and I prefer Jersey Mikes to any other sandwich shop however, this time was just the most disgusting and disappointing visit. Had the food delivered to my house and was immediately taken aback by how the sandwiches were made. It seemed as though the people preparing the sandwiches were either in a bad mood, uneducated, or both. One sandwich had mayo and the other had red wine vinegar. Both sandwiches were DRIPPING in both of those dressings. It was just disgusting. Will be looking for another sandwich shop because this was just unsettling and unsatisfactory. Best Jersey Mike's sub I've had. Super tasty. The young man who made our sandwiches and helped us was very polite and friendly. My only ding was that there was loud metal music playing when we walked in (in the evening). It was loud to the point that it was hard to hear one another, difficult to order, and didn't go with the aesthetic of the restaurant. A bit off-putting. read more

PSA: i am not, i repeat, AM NOT, a cold cut sandwich type of girl. But after today's experience with Jersey Mikes, i am a true believer now!! I absolutely love the simplicity of their menu and it seems to focus more on their ingredients and quality of their sandwich products. I love that they also offer hot sandwiches for those who prefer them more toasty. The promo we had for their grand opening was for a regular cold cut sandwich which we were happy to oblige with. I got the Club Supreme which had turkey, roast beef, bacon, swiss and mayo. I also love a good vinagrette and oregano on my sammys so i said to prep it the MIKE WAY, which is lettuce, onions, tomatoes, spices, and JUICE.... aka their vinagrettes. BRUH. That sammy was on freaking point!!! Ughhh i was so happy! Perhaps its was because how hungry i was BUT my goodness was it blowing my mind still!! I believe food isnt automatically delicious if youre hungry lol. So they did me so right! You can tell that they were still new and trying to get their bearings still. My friend and i were kinda together so i guess they kinda kept our sandwiches close together. At some point tho, they switch our bread halves around during the prep station so they put my white bread top on her cheese bread bottom. My friend was able to catch that and had it corrected. It was also kinda difficult to get their attention since she repeatedly tried to ask for mayo. Nothing unexpected though for oiling out their gears. Super professional and friendly service and setup! Guys! They actually opened....a Jersey Mike's....right smack dab....IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FOUNTAINS!!!! Words cannot even begin to express the supreme level of excitation I experienced the moment I realized they had finally opened another one of these closer to my house! Shout out to my girl Judy B. for reviewing this place before me, btw. *does finger guns* No longer shall I take the long, grueling pilgrimage all the way to the far west side which is easily akin to the trials and tribulations of Oregon Trail. Nay! Now, Jersey Mike's is but a hop, skip, and a jump away from the east side. More importantly, it is now more accessible to basically anyone living in the Cielo Vista area and other surrounding parts of the EP. I mean, who doesn't love The Fountains, after all? I dunno if this is done on purpose or not. But much like its west side counterpart, this JM is also located a mere walking distance from Five Guys. This is convenient for blokes like me because I like to mix-n-match by getting my classic Philly cheesesteak from Mike's, then...walking my happy ass across the street to Five Guy's for the fries. And trust me....this is a combination even worthy of the Gods. The one minor complaint I have is the mobile pickup system. Oh, the app works just fine...so, it's nothing like that. However, when you first walk into the store, you'll see a huge ass sign by the register that says "pick up". Thinking that's where I go to pick up my order, I walk straight toward the register....only to be notified by one of the employees that my order was sitting on the pick up table. BY THE DOOR! How the hell is anyone coming here for the first time supposed to see their order right next to the entrance?? Especially when there's a pick up sign directly in front. I kinda felt like I've just been Punk'd. But, ah well...whatever. The food still tastes like Heaven in my mouth. For those who have never been to a JM's before, you really need to check this out. They are MILES ahead of Subway, twice as a good as Firehouse, and Capriotti's ain't got nothin' on these guys (though they come a close second). I may be biased. Walking to get dinner was a choice we had made the other night. I wasn't up to cooking after 9 hours of work, and I had run out of ideas when my husband suggested Jersey Mike's. We've been here before and looks like we were about to return. We walked in and were greeted by the staff, who seemed pleasant. And like they wanted to be there. I ordered the Big Kahuna Chicken (also, what I call my love, but without the chicken part) and he got his usual provolone something something ( I really didn't pay attention, I was hungry). The sandwich, oh lort, that sandwich. It was just delicious. The jalapeno, they added plenty, gave it an extra bite. The melting cheese ended on my chin and you know that did not go to waste, public manners or not. Overall, wonderful experience. I even told the staff as we were walking out that it was great. Which it was. Give it a try, bring a few friends and eat those awesome sandwiches. Also, if you order thru the phone (or the app) you get a nicely hand decorated paper bag that contains your order, who is anxiously waiting to be devoured. read more

Finally something to compete against Subway. Jersey Mikes is new, fresh, and quickly rising. This location is very clean, very friendly, and easy to get to. Each sub was delicious. If you arrive in the store and don't see something you like, their website has more delectable options they can make. Service is fast and friendly. We tried the cancro special-great if you love roast beef, Turkey provolone- self explanatory, club supreme- perfect portions of both roast beef and Turkey, and finally the California Chicken Cheese Steak- creamy hot and very tender.
