Trust me, as I pulled out of the parking lot, I looked over my shoulder and saw the Golden Arches ON the Walmart wall!!! It was too late, I was committed. I was overwhelmed by the completely digital board that I'm pretty sure either my faint-y brain saw flashing between menus, or it did indeed switch between menus. Either way, I wanted my holy grail of bacon cheese McGriddle. Who in the f*\€{^\*,€*]] decided to keep making those DISGUSTING abomination of hash browns that wouldn't even satisfy a newborns stomach. And one of those sophisticated frappes. Then the intercom said what could only be a mistake: doughnuts. I repeated back that very word. Nope, my poor hearing was not mistaken. OF COURSE I WILL! Horrible mistake. Idk who thought of doughnut sticks, at a McDonald's, but probably the same guy that intentionally only put one hash brown the size of my pinky nail. It's comparable to Taco Bell's twisty cinnamon twists crunch crunchies (yeah, no clue what they're called.) Except these are significantly more dry. Breakdown: McGriddle: great. To make things worse, when I finally got my order, the drink cup was leaking and filled my cup holder with about 3 inches of Coke. Got home and realized half my order was missing. Completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.

The burgers are juicy and fragrant and they give ample amounts of meat. This place is such a great deal when you factor in the price and size of the burgers. I loved the patty melt it was so flavorful and juicy. The cheese gave a great oomph and complimented the sauce on the bread really well. The server was super nice and gave us recommendations since it was our first time so we opted out of the onions and I think it was a great idea.

Half the time, when they repeat back what you ordered it is completely wrong. Even when using combos by their numbers. I have had to turn off my vehicle so they can hear better, and there is still a 50/50 chance they will understand what anyone orders. When finally get to the window, the staff confirming you order still don't have the right info or it's someone else's order. Food prep is slow resulting in lengthy wait times before you get to the window or have to wait in front for a while for them to bring out food that isn't even hot. Quality control and system maintenance at this location is practically non-existent. But hey, it's Northeast El Paso, why would any franchise invest in customer service.
