I haven't been to a wienerschnitzel in years. The decor hasn't much changed, but it was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. You have the choice of regular hotdogs or larger all beef for $1 more. Brought to your table if you eat in and everything was hot and tasty. You don't come here for a fancy meal but you can come for a good fast and affordable meal. They have expanded their menu to include hamburgers as well, but I came here for the dogs and wasn't disappointed. Not sure why the low rating, but come try it for yourself. read more

Food was ok my bun on my hotdog wasn't fresh, which if that is something you specialize in, well enough said. The orange cream dipped cone was off. Ice cream inside was good though. I wish the guys handling the cones wore gloves. (that kinda grossed me out) read more

I came to this location around 3pm on a Sunday. No other cars in the parking lot, I was the only one in the drive thru. This was a huge deal for me, I saw coupons in the local ads which I always toss out, but for some reason, I cut two out and went against something I store to myself: that I'd never go to Wienerschnitzel again. This was a sacred spot my dad took me to in Cali and I haven't been back in the 15 years since he passed. I broke my bond and these people made my experience make me feel even worse. I pulled up to the intercom and explained I hadn't been here before. Silence. No recommendations. Cool, I told her I had the coupon for chili cheese fries, dog, and burger; as well as $1 off a shake. (I had hoped of trying something else as well. The menu was overwhelming.) The blonde working the register with the tattoos on her arms didn't say much or give me a receipt. She gave me my card. Tossed me my food a bit later. No One was making my shake. Why didn't the blonde girl start? Obvious miscommunication, as there were 3 employees staring around not doing anything. The blonde was staring at a screen in front of her. This is when I get pissed. The car behind me is waiting so not only does the brunette (poss. Manager?) charge and run out her food. But THEN they start making my shake. They're constantly looking over at me like it's my fault. Don't put something on your menu if you don't want to make it. We all do work we don't want to do. The lady behind me didn't get the memo and reverse to go around the pillars so now she's stuck in line. Then the blonde goes out to get the 3rd mans Payment and it looks like she's pointing towards my car. She comes back in and they're still laughing. Then the blonde sees that I'm looking at her and does a polite smile. This is extremely rude. These people need better time management training, appropriate customer interaction training, and safety on running around collecting cards and giving food when your establishment is not set up properly to do such. I'm livid with this. It should not have taken 15-20 minutes and for me to be made out to be the fool. I swore to never eat here so this is personal for me. Food: I abhor hotdogs and it was the best part of the meal! The hamburgers tasted like frozen McD's patty's with 7-11 chili and nacho toppings. The fries were old and stale with I'm not even sure on top. No napkins were given which is strange for the messy type of meal nor fork for the fries. I ordered an Oreo shake but I'm not even sure if ants were put inside or dirt? This was a sad day. read more

This has got to be the absolute WORST place for customer service as well as place to work. no regards to their employees or their work. My family and I just went grab some food before heading home. When we got home we discovered that one of the burgers had mold on the bottom bun. We called the store and they didn't really seemed concerned about rectifying the situation besides offering me to drive back and get another burger. Now tell me why in the world would I go back to place where my food had mold on it. The manager didn't even seemed to concerned enough to offer me a refund . I visited this location on a Saturday at around 6:00pm. I walked up to order and had to wait until the worker was finished talking to another worker. Then I observed the drive thru worker eating over the area where they prepare the food. I know the workers need to eat but the prep area is not an appropriate place to eat. I was grossed out. If I could put ZERO stars I would. This place and the people that work there are an entire joke. I ordered a few days ago, and came home to realize I was missing several items. I called, and the person that answered said I could get my order replaced for the inconvenience. So today, I chose to take them up on that offer and was told at the window that they will be replacing the order. Then the supposed manager comes to the window and states that he can't replace the entire order, only the items that were missing. (Thats not replacing anything, I ordered, paid, and never received those items.) After being frustrated already, I pretty much said whatever and agreed to take the 3 items that were missing. He then called out to his employees that he needed the said items. I then asked for my receipt, and his response was that once they make an exchange for missing items, they have to keep the receipt. We get home to enjoy our meal only to find that the replacement items are WRONG AGAIN! I will NEVER be going to this establishment again, and it'll be hard to go to any other Wienerschnitzel as well.
