Hey there, foodies! I recently had an amazing time at the new Sun City food truck park on…read moreDoniphan, located at 8075 Artcraft Rd. Trust me, it's a must-visit spot! It's super easy to find as it's right off Artcraft Road. Just take the exit if you're heading towards Santa Teresa, and you'll spot it on the right side. The park is absolutely adorable, fully enclosed, and has plenty of tables, chairs, shade, and even games for the kiddos, including a fantastic jumping house. And guess what? They even screen movies on a big screen at night. It's a total blast! Now, let's talk about the mouthwatering food trucks you'll find there. The park hosts a mix of permanent and semi-permanent trucks, each with their own delicious offerings. First up, we have the Sun City Hawaiian shaved ice truck, and let me tell you, it's a real crowd-pleaser. They make their syrups from natural fruits and juices, resulting in amazing flavors. Some people even compare it to the famous Matsumoto's! It's the perfect treat to cool down on those warm fall evenings. If you're in the mood for savory eats, you're in luck! There's a taco truck and Bitsy Burgers. I can't stop raving about the adorable mini sliders from Bitsy Burgers. The patties are juicy, thick, and bursting with flavor. The toppings are piled on generously, and I couldn't resist trying their western burger with crispy onion rings. Trust me, it's a taste sensation. Despite being messy (as burgers usually are), the buns held up surprisingly well. The prices are reasonable, and while they recommend paying in cash to avoid fees, I like to give unbiased reviews, so I paid with a card. The portion sizes were just right, although it would've been nice if drinks were included. They do charge an extra $1.50 for a canned soda, but hey, some people prefer getting drinks from other places. Now, here's the best part: this food truck park is equipped with electricity, so there are no noisy generators or unpleasant odors to spoil your dining experience. It's a fantastic spot for families, and the kids will have an absolute blast with the jumping house and running around the park. If you're eager to try out a variety of food trucks all in one place, this is the spot for you. So why wait? Treat yourself to an unforgettable culinary adventure by visiting the Sun City food truck park. You'll enjoy mouthwatering eats in a delightful atmosphere. I guarantee you won't be disappointed! -TODOELPASO For more information about the truck schedules and timings, check out Sun City Hawaiian Shave Ice's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/shaveiceEP?mibextid=ZbWKwL
