    Nacho corn dog meal
    Shawn O.

Been wanting to try this place for a while based on posts I've seen from others & the fact that there's always a line! Ordered the original corn dog meal (minus the ketchup, mustard & Mayo). Came with fries and ordered the mango lemonade. This meal was a hit with my 10 year old son. Opted for the nacho corn dog meal with the pineapple tajin lemonade. Enjoyed this meal too. The thing I liked least was how the cheese made the crunchy corn dog breading get a little soggy but other than that, good stuff! Ordered a fried cheese combo with a cucumber tajin lemonade and a separate mango tajin lemonade for the girls to split. This was a hit also. Plan on returning to try other options in the future. Recommendations would be to post the menu outside somewhere so customers can know what they want prior to getting helped. For those that like corn dogs but not lemonade, having a couple other drink options would be appreciated too.

Damn! Really lived up to the hype I kept getting from friends. It was out to me quick, fries are pretty tasty, and the corn dog is on point. I got the buffalo corn dog. The sauce has a good heat to it, great buffalo sauce taste. Crisp outside and soft inside. Probably one of the best corn dogs I've had. I got the Piña-Colada lemonade and man oh man, refreshing, just the right amount of tart and sweet. Yeah this place is a gem, need to come hit it up.

I would go back for the lemonade. I wanna try them all now. They are genuinely worth the $5 cause they're big and delicious. I had the hit cheats n cheese on combo with a mango taking lemonade. My sis had a cucumber lemonade and it was very good too. The hot cheese n cheese dog was just ok.

    $5 kids meal corn dog

Ok so I've been to lemon Beaters several times. Both this and the northeast Dyer location. The lemonades have always been a big MISS for me. Never very flavorful, never sweet enough and packed full of ice so you get more ice than lemonade. They even post Facebook ads showing all this beautiful fresh FRUIT for their lemonades but in the small print it says "fruit for visual purposes only" or some other codifying statement to let you know YOUR lemonade wiLL NOT be as robust and fruit filled as the pics show. And they aren't. But I liked the corn dogs. $5 for a corn dog is STEEP, but these were HUGE! Like about 8-10 inches and FAT! Fried fresh when ordered ... and with all kinds of toppings or just plain ol' ketchup Mayo and Mustard. I'm not a fan of all the toppings but I love a BIG CORN DOG, that harkens you Back to the state fair, or county fair... so I always just got one of the classics with no Mayo or Ketchup, just extra mustard. But today something has changed and I won't be back. My corn Dog was retrieved immediately, after I ordered car-side, so it was under a heat lamp for some time. It wasn't hot. It no longer came in the nice wax paper lined box. And I got mustard packets. But the SHOCK was how small the styrofoam box was it came in... I thought Surely the car girl had handed me the wrong item originally... but I Opened it and saw a corn dog the size of the $1.79-$1.99 ones you get @ Sonic or Weinerschnitzel. Gone was the giant Corn dog I didn't mind paying $5 for because I guesstimated it to be about a 1/2 lb weiner coated in cornbread coating. But this was just a common kids meal corn dog. With tax and tip it was almost $6! So I don't know what happened or why the Change .. but that's a big disappointment. And not worth the price anymore at all. I think it may still be a homemade corn dog ... the texture seemed to be the same of the cornbread coating, but it was like being caught in a movie, "Honey, they Shrunk my CORN DOG!".

The staff is very friendly. That automatically gets a star. The lemonades lavender and original were both delicious. The lavender taste isn't too prominent but it's enough to appreciate. Their lemonade menu Options are plenty. Lemonade has extra ice I personally don't mind it since it didn't water down my drink on the contrary it was very refreshing. They have a meal option for $10 you get the hand cut fries , corn dog and 32. Oz lemonade. VS $5 for the lemonade $5 for a corn dog. The corn dog was pretty good and a nice size for adult. The fries unfortunately we weren't a bit fan of , it could be that we got the meal to go and the fries became soggier, but it seemed that they were extra oily more sog than anything. I would try them again. And I would suggest this place especially for a summer spot.

Perfect little spot when you're craving unique carnival type food accompanied by some fresh lemonade! They carry corn dogs, tenders, fried cheese & fries but have a large variety of flavors. Neat idea and good pricing. Everything tasted good. The weenie was a little off in color.

Their lemonade was the bomb when they started, now it's super watered down. Definitely not worth all they charge.

We had the Asada dog (bacon wrapped dog, queso, and the most savory meat), elote cup, and Horchata. All very delicious and stayed very warm/hot during transit. Y'all are doing a great job. There were a few of us so we were ordering a lot of different food to try out, don't judge. Lol Anyway I saw that they had tacos Al Pastor but by this point I wanted a hot dog. Lo and behold they had a Pastor Dog. Yes please! It took maybe a total of 5 minutes for them to get that hot dog to me. This thing is loaded with beans, nacho cheese, and pastor meat, underneath all of it is a grilled hot dog Frank and it is accompanied by a Chile torreado on the side. When I tell you that this was literally some of the best pastor meat I have ever had.... this was literally some of the best pastor I have ever had. Pastor, to me, is one of the styles of cooking meat that is indicative of whether a place is good, excellent, or sub par. Kind of like bbq places, I judge them based on the brisket and the pork ribs. Taquerias/ Mexican places are judged based on the Pastor, Carne Guisada (if they have it) and Carne Asada. Top notch Pastor. Come here to try it, it is amazing! Like literally so much so that, while I was still waiting for my pupusas, we went back and ordered mini tacos al pastor, papas locas and corn in a cup. As you can imagine the pastor tacos were phenomenal. The Papas Locas were interesting, I'd never had them before and it was basically potato chips in a cup, with Valentina hot sauce and I believe a little soy sauce and lime juice as well. I added the Japanese peanuts too. It was odd and interesting but I liked it and I find myself craving it as we speak. Here is where I break with my previous opinion of this place, the corn in a cup.... how do I say this gently? Okay you know what? No, I'm just going to say it, It was terrible. Like I don't even understand what was going on in this cup. There was a substance in this cup that I really don't know what it was. Was it cheese? Was it hominy? The broth was bland and had no flavor and I would not recommend this to anyone to try. Maybe it was just an off day for the corn gods? I'm hoping because everything else was so flavorful that this was an unpleasant surprise. Literally, we took two spoons of it and threw the rest away. All in all, I'd say, 4.5 stars, but since we can't do half stars, I'll go with 5 because that pastor was top notch.
