Wow. Now this is an amazing lil Hot Dog/Mexican restaurant. I had the Serrano Dog combo. The Dog is huge and DELICIOUS exactly the right amount of flavors in this one! Definitely a great place to go check out! The service is outstanding I just went through the drive thru but super friendly.

Family of six in front of us ordering and so we stood and waited. Waited. And waited. The cashier was hella slow and in between each order she would run to the back to grab food that was ready for the customers sitting down. We waited in line 20 minutes and at this point we were irritated because we were so hungry. We placed our order and when we go to pay she sees our debit card and tells us in Spanish that... She can't take a debit payment BECAUSE SHE DOSENT KNOW HOW TO USE THE EFT MACHINE. What day in age is she living in? Why would they have her working on a Saturday night when it's beyond busy and she's soo slow?!!! And why haven't they taught her how to use the EFT machine? Anyways skip this place. OR TAKE CASH!!!! We will never go back. The manager needs to better train the employees. Or please put up a "cash only" sign...

Usually my favorite place but today the girl had a bad attitude. I ordered the Al Pastor combo which consists of 4 tacos, baked potato, and frijoles charros. The beans were cold, the potato was burned, the taco meat was thrown on just one taco, and the lime was dry.

Best Mexican Dog's in town. Unique flavors, not what I expected. Who puts avocado on their hot dogs? These guys do, and it's awesome! Papi and I were stuffed after the one dog. He wanted to eat another just for the flavor. For the uniqueness of the hot dogs, presentation of the El Pastor I think they could have charges a bit more. By grandpa not talking I'm assuming he enjoyed it. Downfalls the fountain drinks were not working, I was craving Manzanita soda. I think fries, tater tots or even tostada would be better than Doritos, I'm not a huge fan of eating something I can have at home. Over all I would eat here again, tell friends and family from out of town. This is a place you have to check out.

Elote en vaso. Notice all the butter? It had so much, it got on my sofa.

It may not be Doggos' fault but...the tortillas were soggy when I got home. I was tempted to start eating my asada tacos in the car or pull over but decided not to. Doggos has some tables outside but it was too cold. I also give it four stars because the elote en vaso (corn in a cup) wasn't too good. The corn tasted kind of bland and there wasn't too much Valentina Hot Sauce or queso in it. It had tons of butter and lime. I spilled some butter on the sofa! I've gone other times and it's tasted better. I can't complain about the asada or Chile. Both had a great flavor. The red Chile has a nice kick to it! The Chile verde (green) was also spicy. The price for the asada tacos, a can of soda, elote en vaso, a jalapeno popper with bacon and queso AND a papa (baked potato) was $8 and change. I may go back since it's reasonably priced.

I thought this place was awesome when they just had hot dogs and tortas. Both are among the best in the city, and that is without considering how ridiculously affordable the prices are. But now they've added tacos to the menu. The tacos al pastor are so good, I may not be able to order anything else there again. The tacos come with a baked potato, fresh avocado, salsa, and trimmings. They could easily charge twice as much as they do. You really need to go at least twice. Once for a torta or Juarez-style hot dog and again for the tacos. I've driven 20 minutes each way during my lunch hour just for the tacos.

Had multiple thousand Google reviews and they were all close to five stars. So I knew I had to check it out. It was super close to my hotel, so I popped in the car and found it without trouble. Trouble. Again, there is pretty limited parking so it's kind of hit and miss whether you'll find a spot or not. Fortunately, I did. When you walk up to the place, the building itself is pretty nondescript. They have a nice selection of outside seating, and your window to order is outside. Very nice lady at the counter gave me helpful suggestions and so I ordered three tacos and an amazing lime and cucumber fresca. Went in and sat down inside and was pleasantly surprised by the interior. It definitely had more of an upscale bar vibe to it than a Taco shop. The waiter that brought out my tacos told me that it turns into more of a nightclub after hours. I may have to go check that out. The tacos themselves were absolutely off the chain! The tortillas were blue corn and everything on it tasted so fresh and so wonderful. The carnitas was fantastic, the brisket Taco was to die for and the blackened shrimp Taco was one of the best I've ever had. Had. The flavors were so balanced and on point, it was one of the most satisfying taco experiences I have had!! I will probably hit this place up a couple more times before I leave El Paso. If you are in El Paso, you probably already know about this place. But I'm telling you what you cannot go wrong for tacos and that lime/ cucumber fresca! Bottom line? It's about 10 hours drive from Las Vegas to El Paso. And this Taco shop will give me a great reason to do a road trip anytime. Do yourself a favor and go check this place out!

I bumped it up to four stars for the super friendly service and the excellent aguas frescas. We got there late, about an hour before closing and they were literally trying to get rid of the aguas for free. I guess they have to dump it if they don't use it all. It was close to our hotel so we gave it a try. Portion sizes are good. The taco platter comes with six tacos! I had the flautas Chinampa which came with four beef flautas, beans, rice, and salad. I forgot, the taco platter even came with a baked potato. Prices were excellent. We had gone to McDonald's in the morning and spent more. They also cave us frijoles charros for free. Not sure if this was standard or if they were also trying to get rid of it. I would return for the service and the convenience, but if you're looking for life changing Mexican cuisine, it's not here. With their recent expansion, the experience is even better. There's plenty more room for everyone to enjoy their delicious tacos without feeling crowded. As someone originally from Los Angeles, I can honestly say these are the closest tacos I've found to authentic LA-style tacos. It's been difficult to find that same flavor here in El Paso, but this place absolutely delivers. The salsa bar is another highlight and never disappoints. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and pairs perfectly with the tacos. Don't be surprised if it's busy when you visit, that's usually a great sign.
