It is prepared with chickpea flour, onions, green peppers, fennel, kale and potatoes; with a side of grapes. I wanted one of their cold pressed juices and they have so many options that I wanted to try. I ended up ordering #R4 Beet, apple, ginger and lime. It was fantastic! Before they brought me my meal one of the employees brought me a complimentary cream soup made of Poblano peppers. They have 3 locations and I mentioned to the manager that I live in Las Cruces. He said that they have lots of customers from Las Cruces. I suggested that they should open a location there. I will be back with my wife next visit to El Paso.

There's quite a few tables inside and out for you to utilize and it's a very welcoming environment. Although they offer smoothies, oatmeals, and other items- I personally went for a juice. Keep in mind they don't offer them cold-pressed in glass jars; however, they informed me you can bring your own glassware for them to pour it in. They had a bunch of table games to keep you entertained in case you wanted to hang out I would like to try their guava and other pastries, their Caribbean sandwiches (tripleta, and bistec).
