Came here for a late night dessert run and to get some work done. I got the injeolmi shaved ice with condensed milk on the side and absolutely loved it. I've been here a few times, and while the place itself is very clean and looks nice, the overall experience just isn't great. I tried the Mugwort Einspanner Latte, which was decent, not bad, but nothing memorable. The Pistachio Einspanner Latte was a bit too sweet and also didn't really stand out. So overall, drinks are below average. What bothered me the most, though, was the service. I had to order from the same person 3 times, and all times she came across as rude and completely uninterested. No greeting, no interaction she barely even spoke or look at the customer while taking the order. It just felt uncomfortable. So the most recent time I was there, while placing my order I even changed my mind and left. I really didn't want my day to be ruined by this experience. When I was leaving the server didn't even say bye, I mean, what else could be expected from this type of service. On top of that, the prices are higher than most other coffee spots in the area, and honestly, it doesn't feel justified. That might also explain why there's usually plenty of seating available. They put a generous amount of kanafeh, which gave it an amazing texture. For drinks, we ordered the Tiramisu Einspanner Caffe Latte, Sweet Potato Latte, and Black Sesame Einspanner Latte. The black sesame latte was SO good! Super nutty and rich. The sweet potato latte was also one of my favorites; it really tasted like sweet potato in the best way. I also liked that the drinks weren't overly sweet, which I personally prefer. The Tiramisu latte was just okay in my opinion, but not bad. The interior is probably my favorite part of this place! Very modern style and big windows. The matcha was amazing, but do make sure to mix well. I loved the first few sips but once I got to the bottom it was a bit too sweet because I did not mix the syrup in well :(. That was completely my fault though, the lavender matcha was really good! They have so many options for matcha lattes as well as coffee. They also offer milk teas and lemonades! I'm pretty sure they also serve breakfast, though I may be wrong on that. They were told that everyone in our group had to order something, so all eight of us did. The employee even encouraged me to order, despite seeing that I had just bought an ice cream from the neighboring store. At no point did anyone tell us that outside food was prohibited. Only after everyone had ordered and paid were we told that we had to leave because of the ice cream. When we explained that we had never been informed of this policy, the employee responded rudely, gave me an unfriendly look, and told us to leave. To make matters worse, they refused to refund our orders even though we were no longer allowed to stay. If this is the café's policy, customers should be informed before placing their orders, not afterward. This was a very disappointing experience.
