    Pistachio Coffee Latte

Got pistachio coffee latte. Very scrumptious and not too sweet. I really enjoyed every sip!

Taking over the prior space of Obeem, needless to say everyone loved free and easy parking in LA. For me also meant I could do grocery run at same time LOL. The space looked kinda similar as before with bunch of seats by the lobby area of the main plaza, and a couple in front of the order counter. Decent crowd but swift ordering process. They offered some pastry options including doughnuts, alongside with coffee and matcha. I have been reading most people hyping up their Toffee Nut Latte so I just followed the reco and opted for the Cloud Toffee Nut. I loved the airy and slightly sweet cream top especially that crunchy toffee bits. Would agree with the crowd that the syrup was lovely and the coffee was decent. Kinda pricey with milk substitute costing close to $10. Might come back next for their matcha!

Had a delicious banana matcha latte at Nuru when visiting Koreatown for work. The service was great; cashier was friendly and the interaction was quick and not too complicated. The banana flavor was fresh and very natural, which I enjoyed as sometimes it can be too artificial for my tastes. The space itself had a very clean and minimalistic vibe and aesthetic, which was nice. Prices are a little steep (around $10 for the cloud banana matcha with oat milk) and it was a little small, but I would get it again. Located in the Koreatown Plaza which is super easy to get around (and free parking is a plus!).

I tried the Pistachio Choco Latte and it was so good! I've had some trouble deciding what to try in the past here because it often didn't sound as appealing to me personally, however the pistachio choco latte really caught my eye. They unfortunately didn't have a dairy free option for the chocolate version. I highly recommend to them to make one as it's really accessible! Nonetheless, the texture was delicious, and the topping melded together so well with the chocolate milk. It was a yummy start to my morning! I only wish the serving was a bit bigger for the price!

This place is pretty big and clean. Plenty of seating. They had a lot of merch and I'm happy that the menu was simple and not overly complicated. The people who helped us were super nice and our drinks were out in no time. We ordered the cloud matcha and it was the perfect refreshing pick me up.

Love coming here for the coffee, (ceremonial grade) matcha, and pastries! Located right in the heart of K-Town, it's a perfect oasis away from the city chaos. There's plenty seats for small and big groups. Great location - perfect for pre and/or post-shopping at Koreatown Plaza. Not pictured: the friendly service.

One of my favorite spots for a matcha treat after yoga Pilates! The Cloud Matcha and Toffee Nut Latte were both delicious and full of flavor. The location is convenient, with 3 hours of free parking with validation, which is a huge plus. The café has a chic, trendy vibe that makes it a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. Between the great drinks, stylish atmosphere, and easy parking, it's definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

This coffee shop recently opened in Koreatown Plaza, and my friend wanted to try it since we wanted to get a drink after shopping. I got the cloud matcha latte with oat milk and they also charge extra for oat milk. However, they do have validation if you park in the structure. The store was tiny with very little seats inside but there are setting right outside the store too. The service was ok, but the cashier was not very friendly. The cloud matcha (2.5/5) had a strong matcha taste but there was nothing special about it and not worth $8 for the size of the drink.

I found out today this coffee place recently changed. The new place is SOO much better than the last coffee shop. I tried the matcha strawberry latte and matcha banana latte. Both were so freaking good lol. My favorite is the strawberry one but honestly can't go wrong with either or. There was no wait when I went during the afternoon. Check this place out!

Salted Caramel, Cloud Mugwort, and Cloud strawberry matcha

We got the salted caramel (not even on the menu yet ), the Cloud Mugwort, and the Cloud Strawberry Matcha. Every single drink was amazing!! I really wished they had larger sizes haha The cafe itself is seriously adorable. The aesthetic and music make it such a relaxing spot to hang out. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the drinks and the atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite cafe finds and can't wait to come back again!

Maple oat matcha is a must!!!

I wanted to try their matcha and got the cloud matcha since that had a cream top version.

It was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too strong (but rich coffee flavor) and creamy but not oily, just so delicious. And the location is a nice spot too. It looked as much like an art gallery as it did a coffee spot. It is small but it has nice designated areas to work and relax. When I was there it was also quiet which is a nice change from a lot of coffee shops. And I believe it was the Owner who made my drink and she was very friendly and chill without being you know that kind of corporate-y overly effusive. The whole vibe could be summed up as relaxed. It's a really relaxed and relaxing environment. But if nothing else I will absolutely be back for that latte, it was *delicious*.

Walk by, and... you have keen eyes if you catch the sign by the door. Walk in, and you're welcomed by the most inviting woman who's ready to make you one of the best espressos and drinks from scratch. I'm not one to be venture out of a basic iced latte, but I knew I had to go for one of their seasonals when they had black sesame - unfortunately sold out! (Even at 11am... must be popular!) Somehow, some way, I had the privilege of trying their iced oat latte with black sesame foam. There was everything to like about this drink from the perfectly bold espresso - a good balance of nutty but toasty - but also a sesame cream foam. After getting the drinks, there is a quiet space to sit around and lounge about. Have a book or magazine? The couch is perfect. Have work to do? There's small tables in the hallway or even a large table and desk inside the private room. Comfortably enough, the ambiance itself is best described as open arms exclaiming "Welcome Home!" almost like a friend or neighbor is inviting you to their apartment for a cup of coffee. Wi-Fi and outlets are definitely available here. The only thing to bring to reach a flow state is your own set of noise cancelling earbuds. The walls and doors are indeed paper thin, and the traffic from the street does have a way of echoing and rumbling these walls. Other than that, though, my only bittersweet feeling with sharing this glowing review of Espresso Social Club is that finding space to work on future visits might now be a bit more competitive.

Travis was so accommodating, even though at some point we had taken over several tables (in our defense it was not particularly busy). Now, I come here sometimes when I'm not running late to work/have some extra time to spare in the morning. The space is set up great for catching up with friends (like we did) or getting some work done (I always see at least one person on a laptop when I drop by). There's a little parking lot right in front, and I've been able to park there easily each visit. I normally order some sort of cold coffee. On my most recent visit I got a blue mint latte, which was both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. I'm also a fan of the pastries. I've had some sort of tomato pastry and a jalapeño cheese croissant, both of which satisfied whatever savory craving I was having. I appreciate the resources posted, the signage that's up, and the community events that happen here. The energy and intention behind this space are wonderful.

So crazy, I live up the road, work down the road and drive on Pico all the time that I have never noticed them until last week. Walking in this place is your typical Los Angeles hipster coffee shop. Perfect for what this neighborhood has seemed to be changing into the past few years that I've lived in the neighborhood. Customer service was all right. Not necessarily friendly, I walked in and it took a minute for someone to acknowledge me. Now maybe to their credit it's because I was awkwardly standing by the pick up area but still nonetheless a hello good morning welcome would have been nice. Two drinks cost me $15. Like I said, LA. But for the credit, they were both very good. I'll be back for breakfast and more drinks so an updated review is to come. But for now, I recommend them for a a good cup of joe in the neighborhood.
