What is 63 it's a little bit a criminal that my salad ends up being like $25 every time, but I do get two meals out of it. I like to say that this location is nice because it's not in the loop so people that are working from home can you come here and it's not too busy. My only complaint is sometimes if you do order from the mobile app the portions are much smaller. I always get the modified Shroomami and I do quinoa instead of the purple rice. The river rice isn't bad, but sometimes it's a little bit overcooked and soggy. It does depend on what time of day you go to this location how fresh everything is, so if you care about that, I would go sooner than later. To save myself some money, sometimes I bring my own tomatoes from home, so it doesn't count as a topping. But, overall, I do like this location compared to most! read more

Per usual, sweet green delivers a quality product. Their restaurants always seem to be clean, food seems to be fresh, and the staff is usually friendly. The only reason Im giving it four stars is because sometimes it's hard to justify paying their prices for a salad, but overall, one of my go-to's for a healthy, fast casual style eatery. read more

Too many choices? They have a number of bowls you can choose from that don't require any other decisions (though you can still substitute items if you choose). The set-up is like Subway, Chipotle or Panda Express where you walk the line while your server builds your meal one station at a time. Our server was great both days we were there. I went with the shroomami (sesame tofu, portobello mushrooms, beets, cucumbers, basil, sunflower seeds, warm rice, shredded kale, miso sesame ginger dressing). We ordered the Cashew Pesto Sweet Potatoes and OMG you must try these. I will be dreaming of these until my next sweetgreen. My friend ordered the Harvest Bowl and she loved it. I created my own salad with arugula, spring mix, carrots, onion, tomato, crispy rice and a few dressings. I loveeeed the crispy rice. Our favorite of the dressings we tried was the Green Goddess Ranch -- it is to die for. We also ordered 2 sides of bread, and 2 sides of rosemary focaccia, but sadly since it was near the end of their night, there was only one bread included in our order. The staff did leave a note apologizing, its just too bad since thats part of the reason we ordered. That being said -- the focaccia was AMAZING. After visiting/moving to Chicago I've been dying to try Sweet Green! I LOVE a good salad bar especially in the warmer months. It's been hard convincing my husband to eat here with all the yummy carb foods in Chicago but finally last night I was able to convince him to get Salads delivered. Sweet green is being very generous and offering FREE delivery through their app! So our two create your own salads came to $30 with delivery and taxes. When my salad arrived I thought it looked pretty small and sad with barely any toppings and like 10 pieces of lettuce. It took me a good 3 minutes to realize they had forgot my chicken. I ordered a create your own with literally only 3 toppings. Chicken, cucumbers and sweet potatoes. While I understand we are in a pandemic and I shouldn't complain, I'd just simply like to remind people to SLOW down. With only three toppings it should have been very easy to get this right. My dinner was ruined and I was very hungry and bummed. When I tried to call of course they were closed but fortunately they have a cool text system where they text you! I received a $15 credit for my next order from sweet green. I will be trying them again with my credit, just don't think I can convince my husband to eat here again. read more

I absolutely love Sweetgreen....I'm lucky to have one close enough to where I live that I can walk there. Their offerings are nothing short of completely delicious. My faves are the Hummus Crunch Salad and Miso Salmon Bowl (might have those names wrong but close enough!) My problem is I love these so much I haven't branched out but I will soon! I've seen others complain about the price - I think it's quite reasonable considering how healthy and fresh everything is. I love using the app and my order is always ready on time. I had a decent experience at this Sweetgreen location this past Sunday evening. I'm sure this location is super popular since it's in River North so it's definitely not the cleanest. They also have interesting seating here (similar to gym benches from grade school, lol, but more modern). The employee who made my Kale Salad was really nice. I didn't want any parmesan cheese or bread with my salad, so she gave me more chicken, which was perfect. I'm glad to have gotten more chicken instead of paying a ridiculous +3.00 this time. But I'm happy to see locations popping up all around. Sweetgreen offers a ton of pre-designed salads, but I like to build my own. The people working at the counter and throw together a great entree salad as I order it. It's fast & easy. The place always looks clean and organized. It's spacious with a ton of natural light.There's a specific pick up area for to-go and delivery orders. It's all very super organized. I've been coming to this location for a while now and I've never experienced this before. The lady that made my salad gave me extremely small sizes of every single ingredient of the menu. She gave me the last of the sweet potatoes of the line and wasn't enough and she didn't even bother to ask me if I would like something else instead.
