I was looking literally ALL over Cleveland for a specific cake pan. This was the only shop that had it. Sure, it was expensive. SURE, I didn't really even USE it because I basically effed up the cake and had to throw it away and almost had a breakdown and then my sister had to come and get the pan and bake the cake for me..... sooo.... moving on. The lady behind the counter (not sure if she was the owner or not) was one of the friendliest people ever. She was kind enough to open the box and point out the different pieces of the pan and showed me how to use it. Obviously, though, I cannot follow directions. Right now, as I sit here covered in flour, frosting, and pieces of the cake that I dug my fingers into and squeezed (and almost flung into my kitchen wall), I am a satisfied effing customer.

They also have milkshakes, sundae's, floats, flurries, malts, etc. I got the Coconut Chocolate Almond and Salty Caramel Truffle flavoured ice-cream in a cup. Their ice-creams can be served in cones too. I enjoyed the ice-cream especially the salty caramel because I love caramel. The coconut chocolate almond tasted good too. Both flavours were very fresh. PRICES -- Very reasonable ($3 and up) and cheaper than Cleveland ice-cream shops such as Mitchell's ice-cream. BUSINESS HOURS -- They are opened from March through October every year so they close during the winter months. Look at their facebook page to find out when they open for the 2026 season. The gumbo was incredibly textured like a meat gumbo would be. I can't tell you exactly what was used but there was a veggie in there with the texture of chicken, sausage, shrimp, and crab.
