This is an interesting coffee spot. I came in on a random weekday while my dog was getting groomed nearby. I liked the big communal table in the middle and sat there. There were some other people playing a card game at the other end of the table. There's also other tables and couches around. I also liked the separate kind of game room in the front, seemed like a great place to host a small book club or meet with friends. As I was scanning the menu to make my drink selection, I felt the eyes of both baristas staring at me the whole time. I kind of felt out of place or like an outsider for some reason. Maybe it's just me, but it made it uncomfortable. The coffee selections were pretty basic and I don't remember any food options but I wasn't looking either. This is the greatest coffee shop serving both coffee and food. They have fresh made burritos with their homemade salsa, muffins, scones, eggs cups and more. They use Stumptown coffee, a great blend you can't find anywhere else in the area. Be sure to try the honey lavender drinks or the chai tea if that's your preference. It's all good. The inside is cozy and allows for you to relax or bring your laptop and work. There is also a drive thru if you're in a hurry. Need to have a meeting ? Couchland was everything a couch coffee shop should be! Enter a very very cute and cozy coffee nook. Couches, a seperate reading area, a little library area and just an over all central perk (friends reference) vibe. Its warming and comfy. I ordered two drinks that were ON THE MENU but werent in stock at all, and found it a little bit annoying because if they are off the menu indefinitely like i was told then why not remove them? Also they are seeming to go off theme by having birthday cake frappes and sweeter treats. I want a coffee house pouring over with coffee, not a dessert bar. I wanna see drip coffees, presses, accessories available to purchase. Maybe i went on an off day but i didnt really get that from this place. I ended up just getting a hot chocolate because their menu needs a serious revamp. The book nook is so cute and quant, nice chairs to sit on, christmas tunes playing. Staff was a little overwhelmed, only 2 working and during a pandemic i know staffing shortages are crazy so i feel for them in the worst way. I can let them go on the sanitizing issues i saw . Pricing was good, my hot chocolate was super sweet, felt like they over did the cocoa powder. I was looking for a cold brew during a recent work trip to the Cleveland area. The hotel I was staying at was in the Mayfield area - and so the Yelp app led me to "CouchLand Coffee House." It's in an older building that used to be a bank - the Drive Thru is your clue here - which is still in use - you can get your drinks to go via the Drive Thru! When you walk in, it's an oasis of richly stained dark woods and cool air conditioning! Lots of seating - both high top tables, regular tables and cushy chairs and couches. I ordered my cold brew and hit it with a splash of half n' half and was on my way. The drink was strong and tasty! It got the ole neurons firing in short order! If I was a local, I'd be hanging out in here working. Service was good, the young lady who filled my order was friendly and personable. Was looking for a quiet place to grab a good cup of coffee and work and came across CouchLand. The reviews were great and it looked cozy so I thought I'd give it a try. It was super easy to find and I love easy parking so the fact that they have a private lot automatically bumps it up in my book. Seating was plentiful and varied. As you can guess by the name there was a good number of couches and comfy chairs but since I had some work to do I chose a table and chair. The coffee is a west coast bean but pretty tasty and I had a bagel sandwich that was fine. I'm not a fan of to go containers when I was staying to work but I'll assume it's because their new. If I'm sitting down to stay awhile I'd prefer actual dishes. I also overhead the owners story a bit while she was talking to a nearby table and I love that she's come to love the area and is making it home. This was a really cute spot right next to sweet berries. They've been there for 9 months now which is insane considering the fact that I do go to sweetberries quite often and I never realized that this location was literally right across the street. So you can grab groceries and then run across the street to grab a cup of coffee. The staff was really friendly which is always a huge plus. The space is really large and it is exactly what you think a coffee house would be. Separate area where you can sit there and do work which is kind of like a closed in space. The only thing I would change about it would be maybe placing some more couches for people to sit since it is called couch land. their menu had a whole variety of things including a lot of sugar free options which was great because I got there sugar-free mocha latte with almond milk and my husband got there special tea latte which I forgot to get the name of. It was a bit pricey and actually was a little more pricey here than Starbucks which I was not too crazy about. We also ended up ordering their bacon egg and cheese on a bagel which I thought was really delicious. there is so much that they can do with that space and there is definitely always room for improvement. It is hiding in a nondescript little plaza on the north side of Euclid Ave., between the Fire Department and NAPA auto parts. Drive-thru is unmarked, but it is there! Just drive around back and pull up to the former bank-teller window on the left. Feels safe: Spacious inside with separate glassed-in spaces for customers and plexi walls around the counter area. Fine Coffee: My test for good coffee is to taste the "house" blend with no additional sweeteners, flavors, etc. This coffee is strong enough for me and yet very smooth. The couches are ultra Comfortable and the lighting is perfect for that ambient productive environment for which one would crave. Great atmosphere! I'm visiting from CA and I came in one morning while driving around for work. The place was empty when I entered, which I loved. Was chatting with the owners, who I found out are from the same town in CA where I live! I usually get white chocolate latte at every cafe I go, yet they suggested I try their lavender white chocolate latte. It was so great, I would def get it again. They had live music the evening I visited, Jessica allosery - it was phenomenal. The staff were very welcoming , conversational, and pleasant to interact with . Yes yes yes thank you CouchLand for posting up your cafe on the east side! I'm a die hard east sider but always had to travel to the west side to get some good coffee that's not a chain coffee shop. This place is so warm inviting and comforting. It take over an old bank. It even has a drive through window! Good soft music, lots of seating with comfy leather chairs, tons of books to read, and even I nice sun room with seating. They have coffee, tea, lattes, cold brew, espresso, frappes, breakfast food items like bagel/croissant egg sandwiches, egg bites, and bakery items. I hope they add some lunch items, although I do love a good egg sandwich. Lavender. White. Chocolate. Latte. Oh. My. Goodness. I loved it! So smooth and perfect temperature. No additives needed. Absolutely perfect. I got the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant. Freshly baked croissant and toasted with the egg and cheese. So soft and yummy. I just wish it was bigger. But that's just me being fat. I do wish they would have regular coffee cups instead of putting them in to go cups but that's just my preference. Sometimes I think coffee taste better when it's not in a to go cup. Overall, you must come check this out. Step away from your Starbucks or Dunkin coffee and come and get some real coffee. Couchland is modern coffee house in an old bank. There's a ton of space and plenty of room to relax or get a quick bite. I got their chai and breakfaat burrito with eggs, cheese, homestyle potatoes, and salsa. The burrito was hearty and filling. It was packed tightly and cleanly so it was perfect to eat on the go. It was served piping hot and went great with the salsa. As an avid chai drinker, I can say without a doubt that this is the BEST chai I've had at any coffee shop. I don't think most shops who serve chai know what it's supposed to taste like. This chai is rich, and sweet and filled with the spices that remind of home. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and latte to be delivered through Grubhub. It took an hour and forty minutes to be delivered to the hospice house, which is 12 minutes away. Of course, they were both cold by the time they arrived. That's a Grubhub issue, but I also got a plain bagel instead of an everything bagel. Not worth the $30. read more

The coffee was good especially being from Oklahoma and here for training, it was right down the road from our office. It helped us adjust to the snow. I won't do the whole 5 stars simply for the fact that 3 out of the 4 of us had our coffees and our coworker had to wait an extra 10 minutes for some odd reason. Once the barista was done she told us she drew a "design" and was trying to get a good picture. This place is true to its name. Plenty of comfy couches to sit in and plenty of coffee to drink. Housed in an old bank, CouchLand has all the feels of a Starbucks: egg bites, sweet treats and various coffee drinks. The co-owner of the biz rung us up. She talked about their use of Stumptown Roasters beans (a west coast roaster) and local teas. I loved her quirky style and ability to chat it up with every customer. Since the hubs and I are coffee lovers, settled on 2 traditional lattes. Solid joe, beans are on the malty, caramel side. I only knocked off 1 star due to the fact they don't use a lot of local product (not even the milk) and they don't use regular cups/plates if drinking in, everything had the to-go vibe except for the seating. That's me being nit picky though. Solid coffee with great vibes. Will be back and hopefully they do well for years to come! read more
