Bagels were supposed to be half off today and I was charged full price, very bad start!!!! Biggby customer service responded to my complaint and said in the advertisement it specifically says in store deal only. I put up a copy of the advertisement from their instagram sight and I could be wrong but NOWHERE does it say in store offer only! That's false advertising. Biggby customer service can't even admit when they are wrong and try to make it right! The drinks were average at best, a little bit above gas station coffee, one of my drinks was the wrong size. The food was average to bland. I placed my order at 8:45am, 2 of the sandwiches I ordered were with everything bagels and my order was excepted online and completed and I was sent an email that what I had ordered was properly completed.Once I got there to pick up my food I was informed they were all out of everything bagels a mere 3 hours after opening and there first week of being open. There wasn't even a huge line, there were 2 cars in line and I was close by and could see that they hadn't been busy. I asked for 2 Asiago bagels instead and they said ok, 5 minutes later I was told they only had 1 Asiago and the other would have to be a plain bagel. I wasn't even offered any kind of discount or apology for not having what i ordered. So the new store first thing in the morning is out of 2 of the 3 types of bagels they have and the food was very bland. Plus the waffle sausage egg and cheese sandwich was bland plus the price was higher than most and for what you get not completely worth it. honestly we go here all the time- but we were completely treated like trash this last time. I went in on Wednesday September 10th for the bogo and 1 the worker who took are order was really rude ngl. Ive worked in coffee before so ik how it is- she also didnt scan the bogo- which is the whole reason we go. After we politely asked her to scan it - it still did not work. She was whispering with a coworker complaining that we ordered 4 drinks and just to top it off she gave us smalls instead of large which we paid for. Terrible customer service. Went in Oct 1 as a regular. I would give zero for service/atmosphere but that isn't possible. I really enjoy this place! The coffee is fresh and strong, which is my preference. The inside is trendy and very pleasant, and the workers are exceptional! With all of the wonderful aspects of the shop, the only reason that it's a four is due to the lofty expense of a cup of coffee. Definitely check out BIGGBY for a nice cup of coffee! read more

A coffee shop to make you fat. Since when does "iced latte" mean I want three tablespoons of sugar? The disgusting American trend to add sweeteners to coffee by default has a grip on low-level chain coffee shops like Biggby coffee. This place also serves bagel sandwiches. So gross. The only saving grace was the courteous and helpful staff. I miss the days of legit coffee shops serving up the world's most elegant breakfast beverage black and fragrant. I second all the great reviews this Biggby's shop have gotten. The baristas are definitely upbeat and they remember your orders if you're a frequent customer. If you have an awards card, every 12th beverage is free and there are many coupons sent to email if you have the card as well. Hands down, Biggby is a nice change from the Starbucks/Dunkin' chains. Drinks are unique and great bakery and even yogurt is an option. Try it, I think you coffee lovers will enjoy this great coffee shop. read more

I like that they have some interesting alternatives- their caffeinated mocktails are my favorite. There's some seating (not a ton) both indoors and outdoors. Heads up that the parking lot is a little funny to get into if you're not from this area and used to how to access from the traffic circle, but you can always park in the lot by CVS. read more

My wife and I discovered Biggbys in the Toledo area and were pleased to find a couple locations near us. The coffee is great and well priced. The staff is great. They are happy to see you walk in and do not view you as an interruption. I have never been offered sweet foam before and now, hot or cold, I am hooked. These are just sweet, milky concoctions that have neither the taste nor the kick of coffee but at the same prices as Starbucks, Phoenix and Rising Star. Well, I went to BIGGBY today and again they never fail me. I tried the salted toffee butter something (they came up with the best names I can never remember ) frozen drink and it was beyond amazing. Not only are the drinks great and taste just like the name but the staff is amazing. Today there was an young lady and young man there who were extremely nice and helpful. Covid-19 have many people in an uproar or a chip on their shoulder but these two people were all about customer service. If anyone deserves a raise those at BIGGBY does. They are essential workers just like anyone else because they are here to serve and help others day go smoothly with a nice coffee and attitude to match. Great job BIGGBY staff. I used to frequent this store regularly. One day I was in a hurry so I ordered just a drip coffee. They did not poor it immediately and kept making espresso drinks. After several minutes of waiting they poured some coffee into the paper cup and MICROWAVED the coffee and then served it to me. They did not ask if I wanted them to brew fresh hot coffee. They did not hear it enough so it was still cold when I got it. I send an email to Bigby and did not get a response from the local store. Only a form email from corporate that someone would contact me. I used to enjoy coming there but am not into microwaved coffee and felt for drip coffee they could have just poured it not made me wait through the making espresso line. I'm giving it two stars because before the quality of their espresso drinks had been fine. read more

I received some coupons in the mail for Biggby Coffee and decided to go and try one of their cream freeze smoothies and my husband got a caramel coffee drink. The woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and informed us that she actually had a better coupon that saved us more money. Not only was the staff amazing, friendly and helpful but the drinks were incredible. Actually, I don't think I've ever had a better smoothie and my husband's coffee was extremely smooth and delicious. Our 15 month old loved my smoothie as well. This will definitely be my new go to place for coffee and smoothies. read more

Recently started going here and I am a big fan of their irish creme iced latte! The macaroons and blue berry muffins are so good and the prices aren't too bad. Definitely more flavorful than dunkin' no doubt! Recommend it to anyone! read more
