Conference room you can rent out
    Amanda L.

This place is quite cute. It's a little bit of an unusual. Serve yourself type French bakery. But you grab a tray and a piece of wax paper and some tongs and you go pick out what you like. You go up to the cash register you order a drink if you want and sit down or take it out. They have a private conference room if you would like to rent it out. I like the iced coffee and you can't go wrong with any pastry here.ice

I edited 1st my review from 5 stars to 3 because of my visit today. 1st visit: Sunday. Warm, wonderful, busy, amazing layout of pastries and goodies. Everything is so visually appealing. Staff friendly. A great customer experience 2nd visit: 5/26 at 8:30am. Not busy, still beautiful but the staff (female making the drinks was very rude. I ordered a different size drink than what I got and told her. She didn't apologize and gave attitude so I just said "forget it" to her took my drink and sat down. Wow. I was planning on having breakfast after my coffee but I think I will just leave. TO MANAGEMENT: Starbucks is right down the street. Get rid of your employees who don't ensure a good customer experience. Also, it's uncomfortably FREEZING in here and the soap in the restroom is empty (at 8:30 am)

I stopped by about a month ago with one of my friends for a fun drink and pastry! There was plenty of seating so it's great for studying/meeting/hanging out. The service was fast and friendly and we got our drinks in no time! They have a huge amount of pastries/goodies to choose from and a lot of fun drinks - I had a sparkling strawberry lemonade and enjoyed how refreshing it was!

This bakery was amazing! They have everything you could want in bakery and it is so bright and welcoming inside. I got a mango donut and was so good - not over powering and very light. I pick up a chocolate raspberry creme croissant for my kid. 10/10 highly recommend.

This place is splendid, fantastic, delicious! What an awesome addition to this area. I walked in, having no idea what to expect, and was very pleasantly surprised at the amount of different options of pastries, macaroons, bread, etc. They have beautiful food items and lots of drink options as well. It was very difficult to make up my mind and in the end I was very pleased with my iced coffee and apple pastry. When you arrive, walk around and look at all of the goodies and then grab a tray and tongs and pick out your treats. Next, head to the register, to order drinks and to check out. Take your items to go or sit at one of the many different comfy areas such as tables or lounge chairs. There is also a conference room! This place has seriously good vibes and absolutely delicious desserts.

This is the third location I've been to and it did not disappoint. Please bring this to the west side!!!! Asian pastries meet French technique is heaven. The croissants were absolutely delicious, crunchy exterior but fluffy inside. The jalapeño was my favorite, it was almost lightly dusted on top like a sprinkle. I do like the pastries inside the glass a little better than the breads. However, the taro bread is unique and delicious and the milk bread was subtle and had the perfect Asian bread spongy texture. The staff was so sweet and I love that I can take my time to pick out my own pastries with my tongs and tray.

I think I found my new favorite bakery. I can't wait to take a book there. Sit down and have a coffee and a sweet treat. I went in today for the first time and I got three pastries and an iced tiramisu latte. The place is super cute. The staff was nice. I've only eaten the strawberry croissant but so far so good and I definitely will be back for that tiramisu latte. It's delicious and crafted so well.

Instagram-famous chain, Tous Les Jours, has finally arrived in Cleveland, establishing itself in an adorable carriage-style building in Lyndhurst, Ohio. That's only 15 minutes from my house, so my boyfriend and I tried it out for the first, but not the last, time a couple weeks ago for a Saturday brunch. As it was Saturday morning, the place was incredibly busy and we were all shoulder to shoulder, with not a lot of room to move around. We are both too awkward to take up space and think over our food choices when people are waiting behind us, so we grabbed some of the first things we saw to split - we got two savory pastries and one milk cream bun as well as an ube iced latte that we split into two cups (too expensive and too high calorie to each get our own). Our total came to a little over $20, which isn't terrible considering the unique flavors we got and especially since we ended up liking everything! My favorite was the mushroom onion pastry and my boyfriend loved the elote pastry. The ube drink was indulgent and just sweet enough. I know this bakery is a chain, but we ended up falling in love with their wonderful food and delightful interior and all around fancy vibes! On a much less busy day, this would be a perfect place to chill and vibe with a friend and just people watch!

This was my first time at Tous Les Jours and it definitely didn't disappoint! The cafe itself is so gorgeous - it made me feel like I was in NYC. Soooo many fresh food and bakery options. We got the sausage roll, the pizza, the garlic cream cheese bread and the peppermint filled donut. The donut was absolutely delicious, the bread was unique and tasty, and the sausage roll/pizza were average. I will definitely be going back to try more options!

WORTH IT!! Worth the wait, the drive, the crowd, everything! Not only do the pastries look phenomenal but they taste as good as they look. That is rare!! We got 6 different items between sweet and salty and everytbing blew us away. The iced latte was even good, what a well rounded place! Lots of seating, lots of options and a very well organized and put together cafe. Absolutely fantastic, I will recommend this place to everyone and will be returning to try even more items.

Helloooo Tous Les Jours in NE Ohio! I cannot tell you how excited I was to see it open. It's not very close to me so since I made the truck there I had try to all the things. Their ube latte is solid. Their pastries are lovely- I particularly liked the chocolate avalanche pastry. Their macarons are tasty - good texture and the flavors aren't artificial-tasting. Their strawberry cream cake comes by the slice or the full cake. It'd light and airy and goes well with coffee. This place seems to be quite busy and they do run out of things but it looks like they try their best to restock. There's also quite a number of tables you can sit, some hidden away in the back so you could probably come work here no problem. I'm definitely making the treck back out here.

Donut with vanilla cream. A staple !

I visited this bakery out of state first and almost cried when I saw they had a location in the area. The vibe is modern and clean. The food is baked fresh and unlike any pastries you've had before. It's self serve so you don't feel rushed going through all the options. Perfect to start a date day, amazing to grab for a get together. You will be the hero of the party.

Get a free 12 oz of coffee here with any coffee beans purchase!…read more Rising Star Roasters is my destination for a strong cup of coffee. It's by far my favorite local coffee shop chain. I frequent this location inside Van Aken Market Hall. This coffee stand is located right as you walk into the main doors of the market hall. You'll need to go to the counter, order your food and/or drinks, and wait for the order to be called (typical coffee shop experience). Wait can be a little long during peak hours but it's worth it! You can then select various seating options inside the market or outside. Various options are available inside - comfy leather-like couches, leather-like booths, individual or group tables, and high tops. Outside you'll find tables immediately outside of the Van Aken Market Hall or seasonally on the lawn. If you stop by during the right times, you'll find the district bustling with music and seasonal events. It's also always a good idea to pick up a cup of coffee then go cowork at AO or browse the local shops. The menu at this and other locations is concise and simple. You can get brewed coffee, tea, espresso, lattes, and seasonal drinks. The menu is straightforward and not confusing. My morning go-to's are usually perfectly strong iced coffees. I also always pick up something from the specials menu. All specialty drinks are very well made and consistently prepared. I have never had any drinks here that disappointed me. Small batch snacks are available at this location such as croissants and tea biscuits. I sometimes purchase a snack here or patronize other vendors at the market. All coffee beans at Rising Star are top notch. I recently learned that they have a dedicated coffee buyer who travels to coffee farms and brings coffee back to Cleveland. They're also incredibly serious about their roasting process and have a local roastery. How amazing is that especially for a local coffee shop?! You can pick up beans at their location that are named after regions of where the coffee farms are located. Each coffee bean bag has taste notes listed on the bag, choose your adventure! Coffee bean bag prices vary from $16-19. They'll roast them for you and tailor to your coffee preparation method (i.e. coffee press). If you purchase coffee beans in store, you can get free 12 oz drip coffee! You can also order them online and they'll be roasted within 48 hours of shipping. I love to explore their coffees, get something new every time. I highly recommend this location for your coffee cravings! While you're here, look out for notNeutral coffee mug - sleek, 12 oz, and must have. In the words of Rising Star, "a laser-etched Rising Star emblem adds a subtle, sophisticated touch to the side of each piece."

Their menu is extensive - cold drinks, shakes, hot drinks, smoothies, slush, sandwiches, bagels, baked goods, ice cream, pastries, waffles, salads, sandwiches, bagels, hot dishes, and fridge items. There's so many items on the menu that you can try something different during every visit. The real standout is Dubai Iced Chocolate Latte although I didn't try it. I ordered two large iced coffees and one sandwich (plain bagel with omelette). Coffee was pretty good and not too diluted. Sandwich seemed to include fresh, in-house cooked eggs. I wouldn't necessarily call the filling an omelette. It was too flat and didn't have toppings. The sandwich was pretty small and very dry. There were no sauce or any toppings. I don't know if that was maybe a separate option. My grand total was $20 something which seems very pricey in comparison to the coffee shops in the area - chains or independent. Even more so considering cup sizes and sandwich size. I would have coffee here again, not the sandwich. Sandwich was around $10 and really wasn't worth it. Ambiance is nice and modern. There's innovative and soft overhead lighting. The cafe is very clean and inviting. There are some board games you can play while there. Marble looking tables and greenery make for an airy aesthetic. The cafe is a pleasant and bright place to start your day. Also the staff is very pleasant. They're eager to answer any questions and welcoming. There are also options to order "to stay" or "to go" on the iPad. The parking situation includes some street parking and a small private lot in the back. I wouldn't advise parking at the lot, there are a lot of very deep potholes. If you choose to, watch out for them.
