I knew that was a lot of people to come in all at once and I did not want to overwhelm her or the ones helping her make crepes that day. She was very accommodating and said that she would make sure that there were 2 crêpe makers there to be able to handle the group. We explained that we were doing a Flash Mob Dance at the Lighthouse down the street and could not get to her restaurant until a little after 1 o'clock. ( Yes I wrote a review for the Fairport Harbor Lighthouse and Museum that talks about what happened !). Since she usually closes at 2 o'clock on Saturdays, she said she would close to the public at 2pm..., but leave the restaurant open for one more hour so that we could all be there together and visit with each other!
