I love 7 Brew! Certainly, the beverages are delicious. But what amazes me is the volume of business they're able to conduct out of this tiny island in the middle of a shopping center. And the prices they charge are premium! (That's why I don't come here very often). I imagine anyone in business would be interested in a model like this. Make sure your public-facing employees are neat, polite, and service-oriented, also be sure your product is high-quality. Most restauranteurs will tell you that the price you pay is partially for "real estate." In other words, somebody's got to pay for the decor, at least. But 7 Brew has none of that yet they levy a fairly harsh "tax" for the privilege of purchasing there. I suppose the drive-in/drive out feature deserves some compensation. But again, I don't come here often because I would expect the pricing would reflect the lack of amenities offered. (note, for all my complaining I still return every three months or so.) read more

For a drive-by chain, the ambiance was standard-fare. However, I was disappointed with my medium sized blondie cold brew - it was pretty watered down and the brew tasted like it was there for awhile. You want to like this place but they are sooo slow! Insane that I had to wait approximately 45 minutes for 3 drinks. They served approximately 15 cars before me. Let that sink in and do the math. Hard to believe this business is profitable with numbers like this. I understand that a business can get busy sometimes but this is pretty bad. Recently opened drive-through coffee chain located in the parking lot area of some strip malls. Looks like chic-fil-a on the outside, with people taking your orders at your car on an iPad while you're in line and then you just pick it up once you get to the front. I don't think they have any inside that you can walk into though. The menu is exclusively coffee and a few muffin tops. I got a breve, which is espresso with steamed half and half instead of milk. They have a ton of different flavors, which I always appreciate and the combo of hazelnut and carmel was delicious. They also had refresher style drinks and 7 original latte combinations. The service was super friendly despite it raining a little outside. I will say, the breve was a little heavy on the stomach, too much milk, but that's my fault. Next time, I'll just get a coffee with steamed milk. read more

First time trying Seven Brew Coffee since a new one just opened near me and I like trying new coffee spots, went this morning (day after Christmas, so yes it was busy) and waited about 25 minutes for a matcha latte and a fizzer, drinks were good BUT the lids are absolutely horrible, like spilling on me multiple times even though the lid was fully on, ruined my outfit and honestly that's unacceptable when you're paying close to $10 for flavored water read more

I love 7 brew, I go to the ones in Parma often, but was in the area and decided to go to this one. My drinks were always right which was a plus for sure, however, the customer service there is just not it. There has been multiple times that someone has been rude, tried to rush me out. No "Hi how are you" just a "What do you want?" I always like to leave a tip and I did one time, the employee pocketed it thinking it was just for them-- which I found rude because there were 5 other people working! It was 5$. I'm surprised this location is still in business.. needs new employees ASAP. read more

Let me start with I love the coffee here. So much so that I could come everyday as I am close to this location. So why one star? Twice last week tried to get coffee. One day there was no line. I'm like wow, no line. Three employees outside chatting in the left line. Waited till they moved out of the way. The person with the iPad said can I take your order then said never mind pull up to her. I pulled up and was not approached for my order as they were still chatting. So I drove away to Starbucks. I hate that the minimum tip when they turn the tablet around is for $1. I will hand them a cash tip if I get my correct order, but one cup of Americano seems a bit much before I get my beverage. I love 7Brew drinks, but every time I go the wait seems to last longer and longer. I stopped on my way home from work around 4:30 and waited over 15 minutes with 1 car ahead of me before I finally left without ordering. There were at least 4 teenagers working that I could see and not a single one acknowledged me. One was on their phone, another drawing on the windows, and 2 just standing there talking. read more
