Cold Brew

We had never been to downtown Willoughby and were pleased to see an Arabica. An Arabica is hard to find these days. It was kind of a step back in time for me. My oldest didn't feel the nostalgia. It is situated in a cute downtown area and was very busy. Almost every outdoor seat was taken. They have a nice secluded meeting area in the back of the restaurant also. Arabica has a full menu but we were just there for coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything we ordered can out very good. I enjoyed the atmosphere and sitting down with a mug of cold brew. It was a cool trip down memory lane.

I came to visit OH and wanted to try a local coffee shop. I found this place cute, quaint, and cozy. In the back they have a small room with a table and a few seats to accommodate a small group. The staff is super friendly and they offer a good choice of coffee, speciality coffee, and pastires. I had the Cuban coffee as recommended by the staff and it was good (substituted with Oatmilk).

I absolutely love this place. The food was fresh and the coffee was SO good. The staff were so kind and it was lovely to hear them address regulars by name! The ambiance is super cozy and love that they have fall drinks. Will def be back!

Love it here! Yummy baked good. And their specialty drinks are amazing. Try the "Night Before Christmas" in the winter. Nice big tables to work at and a place to sit outside. Staff is very friendly!!

A few colleagues and I were in town for work & wanted coffee. We were going to head to Starbucks but decided to try something local. We parked just outside (free street parking) and went inside - and were overwhelmed with how big their menu is! We were happy to see lots of fresh bakery items as well. It was inexpensive, made quickly - and with suggestions from the friendly staff. We grabbed one of several tables outside (& there are lots of tables inside). It was really a great mid-day break for us! Definitely check out their specials.

The coffee and food choices here are excellent. They have so many different options of drinks to choose from, including specialty mochas! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They make every customer feel welcome and their service appreciated. My friend and I ordered the chicken salad sandwiches which a worker brought out to our table on plates when they were ready! They were so delicious, it felt like we were in grandma's kitchen getting spoiled with a yummy lunch and coffee. This is the best spot to stop in quickly (fast service) or to spend a while doing work or chatting with friends.

This places has good food and good coffee as well as a bunch of baked good too and a plethora or drinks with different flavors .

Salad topped w/chicken salad.

Here, the owner served me well! They make my favorite soy latte. Today I had a garden salad topped with chicken salad which was superb. I took my lemon poppyseed muffin with me and enjoyed the other half at home. Able to get my husband a bottle of birch beer which I know he'll love and it's hard to find. The lighting here lends a cozy feel. So many great pastries. Go! You will return!

Just went here for the first time today. The girl working was so sweet to everyone! I'm excited to live around here and come more often. GREAT coffee :)

Alright, I walked in here looking for good tea and I found more than just that. Nick and co are doing DTW a service and keeping the Arabica legacy (since 1993) alive. Everyone needs to come to this shop, chill, slow down, and have a nice conversation..with Nick! His green bandana, green R2D2 shirt, and Alton Brown-esque voice is more than enough to make you fall in love with this place

Where's the turkey
Linda L.

Ordered a turkey and Swiss wrap What I got was a bunch of greens and a bit of cut up (not shredded) cheese and a MINISCULE amount of turkey!!! When I called to complain the man that answered was very blasé and said we have a lot of customers who like us!!!!!! Great attitude.....NOT....... Won't go back

Unfortunately, we came in right before closing, so we couldn't stay and hang out, but it would have been a great place to hang out and do some work or have a chat. There were some other people playing a card game at the other end of the table. There's also other tables and couches around. I also liked the separate kind of game room in the front, seemed like a great place to host a small book club or meet with friends. As I was scanning the menu to make my drink selection, I felt the eyes of both baristas staring at me the whole time. I kind of felt out of place or like an outsider for some reason. Maybe it's just me, but it made it uncomfortable. The coffee selections were pretty basic and I don't remember any food options but I wasn't looking either. It does seem like a comfortable place to chill with a drink or get work done, especially with all the couches, but it was a little too dark and somewhat odd to me.
