There's a variety of street parking and a couple of nearby lots. Immediately upon walking in, it's a very trendy, clean, coffee shop. There are a variety of seating options and it seems to be a good place to relax or get some work done. The service was excellent and very friendly. And there is a decent selection of food and drink options. Ok, so I was hoping for a classic ham and cheese crepe and that's what I ordered. Unfortunately, the crepe consistency wasn't quite right and it felt like there was more or a different kind of flour than what I have experienced in most places I have eaten them. Plus, it's served with hollandaise and not bechamel so the whole thing was very heavy. It was disappointing... So, no more crepes from here for me but it's a nice spot and I might try a sandwich or something if I go back...

I now found a local place that can make it dairy free for me. It was very delicious. The beans were ground fresh with each cup giving it that extra flavor. I want to try other flavors now knowing how good this was, I know I won't be disappointed. Of course when I saw a Dubai cup on the menu I couldn't resist. As I watched him make this I could see the love and care he put into making it. He was an artist at work. I instantly turned into a little kid and smiled from ear to ear with excitement as I watched him make it. The owner is very friendly. You can tell as you watched him that he took pride in everything he made. He didn't rush the orders to rush people out. Everything was 100% perfection and a great presentation. I'm so glad she did, because it was delicious. It tasted like an actual PB&J sandwich, but still had a coffee-forward overall flavor; very hard to put into words, but definitely a winner. I love that they have so many drink and flavor options and the February holiday ones seemed great. I got a cookie butter breve - toasted marshmallow, hazelnut, and white chocolate. Great taste, but I was today years old when I realized a breve is not for me. Tooo much cream. I thought a breve was the exact same as a cafe au lait, it is not! It's espresso with steamed or cold cream instead of milk. I usually avoid lattes because of the amount of milk, so this was no better. I also learned that 7 brew does not really serve traditional coffee. They make Americanos- espresso with water, which you can also add flavors too.
