Every single one of them thanked me for bringing this coffee, because all of us brewed that in our rooms, instead of what the hotel provided. Bottom line, I think Heartwood is a good coffee shop overall, but doesn't have the stocking or efficiency of a coffee shop I would rate in top shops.
