The Siren Eclipse art on the wall is alone worth the visit. And the scones? Unreal. Flaky, buttery, and somehow always fresh out of the oven. Really probably the best around. There's also other breakfast snacks like muffins and such. Very limited options but very tasty. Bonus points for the greenery -- the place doubles as a mini plant shop. There's a few leafy ones you can pick up. I got large drip coffee while I was there and it perfectly strong. There's two size options, light or dark roast. The menu also features some seasonal favorites. I had recently spring matcha there that was so vibrantly green. There's also a pretty extensive tea assortment. For warmer months, consider seating outside. They have very fun and aesthetically pleasing wooden benches. Street parking is available in the area but it gets busy. Try parking garage on the street to park. It's free to use.

Lots of sturdy, good size tables plus bar and lounge seating with abundant outlets. If you can get a spot, it's a great place to camp out and work for an hour. At 8:30 on a cold Wednesday in January it was the quietest I've ever seen it, with just a few people sitting and others dropping in to pick up to go orders. My husband and I ordered a black coffee, a cortado and a breakfast burrito to split. Points for serving the drinks in real cups for dine-in orders. The burrito is pricey - $16 - but is made to be split between two people. We tried to imagine finishing the whole thing on our own and couldn't, even as the ambitious eaters we are. It comes with a choice of chorizo, bacon or mushrooms and two side sauces, an aioli and a salsa verde. It was greasy and one of the messier things I've eaten in the morning but delicious. I will return to try the breakfast sandwich and the lox panini. I appreciate that they also have a limited bar - love a place you can transition from work day to working happy hour on a Friday afternoon. Another experience worth mentioning: I came in here solo on a busy afternoon once and ordered an iced chai. As I sat down, the woman who made it came out and said "I didn't make the chai concentrate (or whatever it's called) today and it does not look good to me. Parking is fairly easy (free street parking) as the street the cafe is located on is not busy. I was debating over which baked goods to get in the case when I found a few premade boxes already prepared, so I grabbed two of those for an office meeting this morning.
