The service is great too Their mocha is still the best, and the cozy atmosphere is as welcoming as ever. I used to love pairing my coffee with a slice of cheesecake, so I was a little disappointed to find that they no longer serve it. Even so, the excellent coffee and comfortable setting keep me coming back whenever I'm in town. Lakeshore Coffee House remains a special place for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a cozy place to unwind. Five stars!

I read the reviews and was ready to be fully blown out the park, but my experince was just okay. The young lady behind the counter had a sort of ho-hum attitude, and she "misheard" when I said I wanted my egg and cheese on a bagel. To be fair she offered to remake it and/or a discount, but I was on a schedule. My chai latte with almost milk was mainly milk, or the chai wasn't very strong. The sandwich was okay. I appreciate the nostalgic charm like the pay phone on the wall, the book nook, and the puzzles you can add to. They have tarot readings on certain nights and the bathroom was clean. I'm not on this side of town a lot, but it was a decent experience.

You could tell that they have a loyal customer base which creates a beautiful community in the coffee shop. The decor and plant selection were beautiful! I decided to try the Maple Masala Latte, which really impressed me! It had an orange infused maple syrup as well as garam masala. The spices balanced out the latte so well. It was so smooth. Best latte I've had in a while honestly. I also got a spinach feta danish which was delicious. They have a great selection of food items! My muffin was absolutely delicious and the owner offered to warm it up for me a little bit. It had cream cheese inside which ended up being warm and gooey. I sat and did a little bit of work for about 45 minutes before they quit. A few people came in for a cup of coffee and it seemed like such a lovely neighborhood spot. These are the moments that make me really grateful to be a Yelper. It's so easy to go to the same spots you frequent or chains you're familiar with, but when you actively make a choice to go that 5 extra minutes maybe out of your way, you may find yourself stumbled upon the most amazing businesses that fuel and support your community.

They perfectly blended my smoothie to the point where it was silky smooth while still retaining a frozen consistency. On top of that, the smoothie was extremely dense and packed with fruit.
