I visited during a weekday evening on Thursday, 3 July 2025 with my friends Mike and Dana. This was my first time visiting Jerry's Dari Pride. We arrived around 9pm. We were in the neighbourhood interviewing someone for a podcast and decided on a sweet treat afterwards. If I wasn't in Wickliffe, I most likely would never have come across this ice-cream business because I don't normally drive down to that neighbourhood plus I had never even heard of this ice-cream spot. ICE-CREAMS - HOMEMADE!! There are plenty of ice-cream flavours to choose from and you will definitely find something that you like. They also have milkshakes, sundae's, floats, flurries, malts, etc. I got the Coconut Chocolate Almond and Salty Caramel Truffle flavoured ice-cream in a cup. Their ice-creams can be served in cones too. I enjoyed the ice-cream especially the salty caramel because I love caramel. The coconut chocolate almond tasted good too. Both flavours were very fresh. PRICES -- Very reasonable ($3 and up) and cheaper than Cleveland ice-cream shops such as Mitchell's ice-cream. BUSINESS HOURS -- They are opened from March through October every year so they close during the winter months. Look at their facebook page to find out when they open for the 2026 season. AMBIANCE -- This little ice-cream shop is an open concept one because customers order from an outside kiosk. Seating is also outside on benches. TIP -- This is a CASH ONLY business. "Jerry's Dari Pride" is a multi-generational business that has served the Wickliffe, Ohio community for as long as anyone can remember. Every kid who grew up in Wickliffe in the past 4 generations is intimately familiar with Jerry's. It's a cute little walk-up establishment that will make you an ice cream treat any way you can imagine. The treats are always good. This ice cream stand is part of my every summer for years now! I always stop in for a sweet treat in the summer when shopping in Wickliffe or Willoughby! This stand has been part of the community for 60+ years! It's a family owned business! How impressive is that! Ice cream: I have tried various ice creams (scoops and sundaes) here over the years and was never once disappointed! I'm especially addicted to their homemade flavors! My absolute favorite is cherry vanilla. I love that it contains cherry chunks! I always get waffle cone to spoil myself! Their ice cream is incredibly smooth, not too sweet, and tastes amazing! Must try! Scoops are very generous! Seating: There are a few tables and benches where you can enjoy the sunny days. Some have shade to protect from the sun, some do not. No indoor location is available. Most people come as a family, socialize, and eat ice cream for a while. I prefer to get my ice cream and eat it in my car with A/C on full blast! Payment: This location is cash only. Digital payments and cards are not accepted. Service: Employees here are consistently nice. Usually the same familiar faces! Parking: The ice cream stand has its own parking spots. If those are occupied, park in the adjacent plaza. There are always plenty of parking spots! Add this place on your summer destinations list! I love this place! my daughter's softball team always comes here at the end of their season and it's around 12 to 15 girls and the service is amazing. They get all the girls their ice cream within five minutes for all of them. Sometimes the seating can get limited when it's busy, but there are plenty of comfortable seats. Staff is so helpful when dealing with little girls who don't know what they want and very patient! Also, may I add that it is quite affordable! Definitely recommend! read more

We had a medium twist with sprinkles and a large homemade cherry vanilla ice cream. Portions are a little small but taste is good. The service was slow due to the girl catching up with a local about buying their grandmother's house and how successful they are. The place was clean and tidy and was nice to sit outside. read more

Family owned small ice cream shop that's a favorite in this neck of woods. Good portion on the banana split and they let you pick the toppings. Very generous scoops on the ice cream cones. They also have soft serve. Good price. They have picnic tables in the back and ample parking. Throw the fat man a cherry on the split and it's a five star for sure. read more

I was in North Carolina this summer and stopped in a Hershey's ice cream store. They had the best chocolate ice cream that I have ever tasted. So I checked the Cleveland area and found that Jerry's carry some Hershey's ice cream. They did not have plain chocolate, but they did have chocolate moussetracks. it was fantastic. They also carry a number of flavors that they make themselves, but I did not try them. read more

Great ice cream establishment in Wickliffe. They have a large menu including cones, sundaes, milkshakes, flurry's, and more. The staff have masks and the ground is marked for social distancing while standing in line. There are several picnic tables and benches behind the parking lot to sit at. They would get five stars but I think the ice cream melts faster than from some of the other local establishments; however, it is definitely worth a visit. read more
