Wow! We love this place! My son has been picking up an acai bowl for me on his way home from the gym and it's always been such a delicious treat. My daughter and I thought we would try it out on a little outing. The line was long but that usually means it's good and worth the wait. It was totally worth the wait! Our drinks were perfect down to the finishing touch, and the crepes, wow! Everything was perfect, the food quality, the presentation, the décor, the service. I must give a shout out to the staff. We ate at the bar so we could see them in action. They were patient, quick and all worked together as a tight team like a well oiled machine. Saw this super cute cafe on Instagram and had to come try it. The aesthetic is very modern with pink chairs and photo wall in the back! Because of the pandemic, I opted just to get a coffee to go even though their food menu looked delicious. I got a 12 ounce iced Sweet Note Latte which I believe is a regular latte but with condensed milk and it was so delicious! If you don't like sweeter coffee, I wouldn't pick this but if you are anything like me and can't stand bitter coffee then I definitely recommend getting this drink. This place is quite nice. I like the ambiance of the inside. Very cool place to chill when it's hot outside. My fiancé and I ordered the chicken avocado club, benny avocado toast and mascarpone waffle. We were pretty satisfied with with our food. The toast was crispy on the outside and soft enough to chew on the inside. That's a plus for me. I can't stand over-toasted bread. This place did it just right. My chicken avocado club came with a side of green salad. Specifically spinach with a vinaigrette that tasted like balsamic. I could be wrong. Not much of a fan of mustard in my sandwich but the mustard complimented my sandwich quite well. For the waffle, I love how thick it is. It's thick to where it'll stay warm for quite sometime. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this place. The female staff in the kitchen is sweet and is a hard-worker. She was the only kitchen staff present today. Kudos to her for holding it down. This place is BOMB. my friends and I came here for the first time and were very impressed with the look of the place, the customer service, and taste of the food. It was also reasonably priced for what you get. FYI they have vegan and vegetarian options! Very clean place and they have little positive messages posted around. The coffee was great and they offer milk substitutes such as oat, coconut, soy, and I believe almond (can't remember the last one) which was a plus. This spot gives off major LA vibes! It's the most chic and cute coffee shop in this area. I tried the chai tea with espresso here and it was absolutely amazing. They have a great selection of menu items to choose from as well. I had the waffles with fresh strawberries and I also tried the Acai bowl. The waffles were tasty but they were a bit thick for my liking. The Acai bowl isn't their best menu item. I tried the chunky Acai and there was a huge scoop of peanut butter thrown in that was hard to blend. It wasn't well put together taste wise but the presentation was great. read more

The food tasted alright, but the service was a big yikes. They got the order wrong and started arguing with us. When they remade order, they put one egg from the wrong order on the remade toast (there was supposed to be 2 eggs). The egg yolk was smeared on the plate, which made a dish look dirty. The place is crowded and you apparently have to let them know separately that you want a table when ordering food to dine in. We got a table that just became available right after ordering and we're told that we can't sit there because someone that a group that came in after us got on a wait list for that table. This restaurant is run by my family, yet I will attempt to leave as unbiased a review as possible. This place requires little description, seeing as the food speaks for itself. Good, (relatively) simple food made with love and care, complimented by quick service. From my experience here, I can say with a fair bit of certainty that this is a great cafe, and that anyone in the area should consider stopping by for a bite to eat or a nice drink. The prices here are what can be expected of a cafe, that being somewhat overpriced, but it's worth the experience I suppose. In regards to aesthetics and furnishings, the cafe itself looks quite nice, albeit it is rather poorly lit in some areas with "aesthetic" music playing. I'm going to be honest, I'm not one to really look into every detail of a restaurant, nor a common reviewer, but in order to try get this business a few more customers, I'm taking my time to write this review. Continuing, this overall hygiene of the cafe is exceptional, to the extent of my knowledge that is. Regardless, I believe you can trust that the cafe is clean, because from my judgement, my family won't purposely/deliberately leave their cafe dirty. I took my sister here because she loves açaí bowls. But when I paid, the cashier kept my change without even asking if I wanted to tip, they just assumed they could keep it without even asking? And when they brought my latte, they put the straw on the table next to my drink: they weren't wearing gloves and my straw was fully exposed, it didn't even have a paper wrapping. And before sitting down, the table was wiped down with a dirty rag- not Lysol or disinfectant spray. Places like this don't usually open up here on the East Hill, and I'm so glad they did!! A great but smaller cafe, they have both sweet and savory menu options, Keto, bowls, waffles, crepes, sandwiches, and toasts as well as coffee, shakes and juices. I vow I'm going to try something different but always end up with the Avocado Benny Toast...so messy and so good. Their Mexican mocha is amazing and I love that they take the time to put a design in it when you eat there.
