I paid less than $100 for this AMAZING cake! Fed 50+ party guests!

I love her delicious cupcakes and blondies at Farmer's Market, and I had a chance to taste her birthday cakes that my good friend had ordered. I didn't know she could do cakes before that (she should post some signage at the Farmer's Market *hint hint*). I bought the edible transfer for my son's cake (Caillou cake) and dropped it off to her, and the cake was delicious! I am not a fondant person, but her fondant was yummy and it went well with the strawberries and yellow cake inside. Her price was the BEST and it fed well over the 30 adults and 20+ children. I will definitely be getting my cakes from Sweet Mac's from here-on-out! She is at Farmer's Market in Todos Santos every Tuesday.

I had Sweet Mac's Cakes do the desserts for our son's baptism and everyone loved it. I ordered a cake, some cake pops and mini cupcakes. Pragya was so easy to work with and her desserts are delicious. I will definitely be using her again. Also, her prices were very reasonable. No complaints here!

I asked Pragya about barnyard animal cake pops last Saturday at the Farmer's market and she was able to deliver exactly what I wanted for a party today!!

This farmers market as a small town charm to it and every person I interacted with was friendly. I was in the area because I crashed at a buddy's house the night before. When I was leaving the area, I saw this place and wanted to check it out. Keep in mind it was around the holidays and it was drizzling a bit that Sunday, so I'm not sure if it affected the amount of vendors present as this was my first time visiting. I ended up getting some enchiladas to go from one of the vendors selling Mexican food and a loaf of quinoa bread from one of the bakers (West Won Bread out of Napa). The food was good and the quinoa loaf was amazing and enjoyed by my parents and I later on when we served with some stew. Would love to re-visit with better weather conditions and different parts of the year. But definitely an enjoyable market based on my first visit.

Super location with enough different items to serve everyone. I highly recommend coming here on Sunday mornings from 9-1. Don't forget to stop at at House of Petals the brick n mortar flower shop. You can't beat the fresh fruit, vegetables, and goodies along the water on first street. My personal favorites: mixed fresh berries. This time around, cousins Maine lobster truck was in town! I am a lobster roll girly as I live in San Diego. They offer a hot and cold lobster roll for $23 each. I would say it's worth it. There are large chunks of lobster in each roll, super fresh too. 10 out of 10 recommend this farmers market. It's family and dog friendly. Just get there early as parking fills up and summer nights get HOT

This one in downtown Benicia is very tiny. There's about 2 or 3 stands that sell fruit and vegetables. A couple of homemade dessert booths and the usual jewelry, popcorn, food booths. I would say it took me 15 minutes to visit everything including making purchases. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again. It's a nice area but not enough variety. Only street parking is available and it's very limited.

The people that work here... (ugh wow if only I lived further away I would never be here hahaha…read more.. )A joke. Don't get mad I said it because it's facts. All you get is attitude and eye rolls for asking the most basic thing. Like it's that hard. And it's not just the workers either... the managers? Going in and out talking with everyone else except the customers that need help. They are even worse. Always talking trash about customers like we can't hear them. Y'all really think you're funny but trust me nobody's laughing. Shopper service? Don't even bother. If all it comes with is a dirty look and an annoyed tone just take the sign down. No one wants to be treated like a problem for asking a question. And the food? Sometimes you get something decent... sometimes you get mold. Literally a gamble every time. The whole vibe was against the customer. I literally returned my pick up order and went and just shopped myself. This service sucks sucks sucks! People standing around ki'ing and gagging instead of doing their jobs. Like what are y'all even getting paid for? Help first talk trash later or better yet just don't. This place is rude. The energy is nasty. Do better or don't bother. Let me know if you want to add anything else for extra sting.

Today's order was especially bad…read more This was far worse than any cafeteria food I've ever experienced. In fact, meals off the frozen aisle tower over this in terms of flavor and quality. My mother passed away in the early morning and to swallow the grief I decided to wash it down with a large breakfast order from the breakfast people of my town. I ordered takeout and got a T-bone steak and eggs (includes 3 pancakes), biscuit and gravy, a side of sausage and a side with of toast. I wanted to eat my sadness away. I go pick up my order.... Get out to my car and lady runs out and says they forgot the gravy for the biscuit. Cool. Mistakes happen and many thanks for catching it before I left. I got to my destination, opened up my bag and laid out the whole order before me like a feast made for a king. Except no, this feast was made for a complete sucker. Let's start with the side of sausage links... $5.10. Two skinny sausage frozen sausage links. Except one was half gone. So I literally received 1 and a half obviously frozen sausage links for $5.10. Thanks for your quality control IHOP. Next, biscuit and gravy... $5.99. The smallest biscuit you've ever seen cut in half and BURNT. Almost didn't get the gravy! Thanks for rushing out with the gravy but the gravy couldn't help this charred two-piece excrement extravaganza. Thirdly, T-Bone Steak & Eggs (with three buttermilk pancakes) $22.99. Steak was asked medium rare however it was burnt and cooked through as more than well done. The buttermilk pancakes came as advertised except one important component... there was no syrup. WTF? It's called "International House Pancakes" and you can't get one of the main traits of pancakes correct? I'm supposed to eat a dry pancake? This is absolutely preposterous! Who eats a plain pancake? You guys are the pancake people! It's in the freakin' name! I'm so insanely upset about this. The other things were passable I supposed because my expectations were already super low; but no syrup? From The International House Pancakes? This isn't international... this is third-world-country. You guys should be heavily embarrassed! Oh and I got a side of white toast $5.10... the bread is the size and quality of wonderbread. Hey, but at least they included 10 things of jelly for 4 tiny slices! I spent $52 for a pile of unsatisfying BS that was cold the minute it said the order was ready to pick-up. Yet not one syrup? I hate you. Don't go here! They lost my business and they should lose your's. Where is my refund?
