    Beautiful custom flower bouquet

I am very impressed by Kayoung Flower Cake. She really delivers what I want for custom cake. The blueberry cake also tastes great, perfect sweetness.

    Cake

I ordered a floral cake for my 40th birthday and It's stunning!! Kayoung absolutely nailed it! There's no words that can express my gratitude but thank you!! She is truly a talented artist and did a spectacular job!! Not only the look but it tasted absolutely amazing! The cake looked breathtaking gorgeous and was beyond what I expected!! I can't wait to order with her again!!

    A cake for Baby Shower

I had Kayoung's lovely Vintage Rose cake for my baby shower and I couldn't have asked for a better cake! It was a beautiful centerpiece and a conversation starter. We were all in awe with how beautiful and delicate the roses and their petals were. To top it all, it tasted great. Ours was Raspberry Vanilla Bean flavor and everyone finished their plate. I don't usually eat frosting or the decoration part because they are too sweet for me. However, Kayoung's cake had the perfect balance between sweetness and tanginess with moist cake. I think her pricing is reasonable and for special occasions, it has the right pizazz. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a unique cake to brighten their event.

The hygiene alone should be enough to make anyone turn around and walk out. The employee working the front repeatedly coughed into his hands, rubbed his nose, sneezed, then immediately went back to handling customers' utensils, napkins, and food-related items without washing or sanitizing his hands. It happened over and over again. It was honestly disgusting to watch. Basic food safety should never be optional. Then came the bill. Three items. One tiny crepe, one madeleine, and one quiche. Nearly $50. I actually thought there had been a mistake. The crepe was embarrassingly small, and the chicken inside was some of the worst I've had. It was dry, stringy, chewy, and tasted incredibly cheap. There was absolutely nothing fresh or high quality about it. The portions were tiny, the quality was poor, and the prices were completely disconnected from reality. My husband was born and raised in France, and we've spent plenty of time eating at cafés and bakeries there. This isn't even remotely comparable. It's an overpriced imitation that relies on the idea of being French instead of delivering food that's actually worth eating. If you're going to charge premium prices, then deliver premium quality, proper food safety, and an experience that justifies it. This place failed on every one of those fronts. We won't be back, and I genuinely can't understand why this place has the reputation it does.

Worth $5.50? Debatable Russe Pistachio: great pistachio flavor "Mango" and "Pistachio": fun and adorable, so realistic looking. The texture combination of hard outer shell and soft creamy inside is not for everyone. I got these more for the novelty. Not something I would get again Crunchy vanilla lemon: the white chocolate made this too sweet for me Princess cake: our favorite of the cakes we got Pistachio latte: realllly good. Wish I'd gotten the larger size Parking is easy here as it's across from the Safeway. It does get crowded (we came on a Saturday) and the shop itself is not big but there's some tables outside. Service was friendly but there was a lot of multi tasking going on. I didn't feel neglected though and would not rate them down for this. I'd come back, but probably not for the cakes. I'm also about 30 mins away so it'd be a deliberate decision

I tried a veggie quiche and it was different because it was made with puff pastry, not crust; creamy and very good. My friend ordered a crepe. The iced coffees were excellent. I would definitely recommend this bakery and I would go there again.

Receiving a texted coupon for 15% off my order, I was excited to use it since I needed a birthday cake. Though there was an online code, I could not use the discount online. I called the shop several times, but there was no answer, and I even left a voice message but never heard a call back. Finally I noticed there was number on the website to text so I did, and got a response. The response was that it was too late to order the cake, and the coupon couldn't be used online ordering system because the online ordering system was different from what was used in the store. BUT I was told I can still call my order in and pay in advance over the phone to get the 15% discount if I still wanted cupcakes, and if the store didn't answer, the person sending the text said he/she would contact the store. I appreciated that kind gesture. The next morning, I settled for cupcakes and decided to call the order in and pick up the cupcakes in the afternoon since I had no time that morning to go to the store. But lo and behold, I called and again no one answered. I texted the same number from the day before and a response came back that they would contact the store to give me a call. I checked in by calling the store two more times and still no answer. And no one called back that afternoon either. Sadly, I had to give up, but was glad to give business to a way more responsive bakery with delicious cakes.
