The result as you can see from the picture was beautiful, delivered on time and tasted delicious according to my friend and her family. I ordered a cake for my husband's 40th birthday and Jaleh did an amazing job. It was a little last minute but she accommodated my order and worked with me to get the design I was looking for. The cake looked beautiful with the Persian Typography and modern at the same time! And it tasted delicious with the saffron rose filling and baklava cake! I definitely recommend this bakery and will be ordering from her again!

I'm very happy with my order of pastries from Jaleh! I ordered baklava and latifeh for a few friends and it was a pleasant experience. I ordered a few latifehs for myself and they were so soft and delicous - just the perfect amount of sweetness! Ordering was easy on their website, and they were also responsive via email as well. Pick up was also easy as well, I did see on their website that they also offer delivery services too. Looking forward to trying more pastries from there and maybe a cake one day! read more

Very responsive! The cake was delicious! My wife and I really enjoyed the pavlova. It took me a while to find someone to make that cake and Jaleh was very helpful, she made the cake in short amount of time and was excellent on letting me know when to pick it up and special instructions. Will definitely buy more cakes from her :) read more

Excellent cakes and Iranian pastries. It's pretty much impossible to find Iranian desserts without a bunch of artificial crap in them, much less organic and higher quality ingredients, but that's exactly what Jaleh Bakery is providing. Also, I'm not gluten free, but the gluten free cake I got was incredible! read more

I was looking to find someone in my area who could make a custom cake for my daughter's birthday. I reached out to Jaleh and she was willing to help. I sent her pictures of what I was looking for and she said no problem and I prepaid for the cake. I picked the cake up on the day I requested at her home and the cake looked great. The problem is when we went to eat the cake it was super, super low sugar and the butter cream honestly tasted like butter. My daughter was bummed out and we barely ate 1/4 of the cake. I reached out to Jaleh to see if maybe the sugar had been forgot and she responded that she didn't make sweet American cakes. Also told me that it's my responsibility to tell the baker the sweetness level I want in a cake or they make it how they like it. If this is your style of cake you make be happy and I now will make sure I do my full research before I order another cake from anyone else. read more

Jaleh bakery is absolutely incredible. I've been ordering cakes from Jaleh for many years now and I'm always blown away by the quality of the ingredients. They're always fresh and mostly organic. Jaleh herself is such a professional and so wonderful to work with. She's very responsive and so easy going. Receiving a texted coupon for 15% off my order, I was excited to use it since I needed a birthday cake. Though there was an online code, I could not use the discount online. I called the shop several times, but there was no answer, and I even left a voice message but never heard a call back. Finally I noticed there was number on the website to text so I did, and got a response. The response was that it was too late to order the cake, and the coupon couldn't be used online ordering system because the online ordering system was different from what was used in the store. BUT I was told I can still call my order in and pay in advance over the phone to get the 15% discount if I still wanted cupcakes, and if the store didn't answer, the person sending the text said he/she would contact the store. I appreciated that kind gesture. The next morning, I settled for cupcakes and decided to call the order in and pick up the cupcakes in the afternoon since I had no time that morning to go to the store. But lo and behold, I called and again no one answered. I texted the same number from the day before and a response came back that they would contact the store to give me a call. I checked in by calling the store two more times and still no answer. And no one called back that afternoon either. Sadly, I had to give up, but was glad to give business to a way more responsive bakery with delicious cakes.
