    Suds from yogurt

I visited this location on Friday, 7/25 and purchased a regular cup of original tart to-go. I stored it in the freezer and had a few spoonfuls later that evening. Immediately, I noticed an overpowering soapy taste, but I assumed it might just be the flavor profile and kept eating. Not long after, I began feeling extremely nauseous. Two days later, I went to discard the rest. When I ran water over the frozen yogurt to melt it down, it started foaming and released a strong chemical odor. It was immediately clear that some sort of cleaning agent had contaminated the yogurt. This is completely unacceptable and poses a serious health risk. There is no excuse for food to be served with potential chemical residue. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate their cleaning protocols before someone else gets sick.

I loved the different flavors they have compared to the FroYo place in Benicia. I had watermelon, pistachio and pecan praline. All of these were good. There was no line so service was quick. The decor was a bit old school but there was spacious amount to hang out. The only thing missing was cherries on my froyo.

Bailey and agi are the only reason I go. They are great hard working people that give great service and help make great food. They make it feel like a good environment and I like going there when they are working. I don't like how loud it is though.

Quiet place but very friendly staff and a wide selection of topping! They had a crème brûlée yogurt which I had never seen at any yogurt spot before! Don't sleep on the this place! My almost 2 year old had a good time as well! Also has a few outside seating.

Half dole whip half vanilla with toppings!

Super cute froyo shop in the Nob Hill shopping center! The place was empty when I got there but super clean. They had a pretty good selection of yogurt flavors (including dole whip!) and toppings. I went for gummy bears, strawberry popping boba, and snowcaps. They also had a LOT of sauces but that's not my style. I'm guessing this place gets busier as the weather gets warmer, but the one girl working had it handled. Will definitely come back for my froyo fix!

Good to know this small business is still running. Their frozen yogurt prices are pretty standard and there's a rotation of yogurt flavors. The toppings are always fresh and stay stocked.

Lots of dry toppings and fun sauces to chose from

They have low fat and sugar free options. They have so many toppings to choose from including fresh fruit. A great treat for all.

It's about…read morethe incredible service I received at around 9:30 PM on a Wednesday, when the staff had clearly had a long day and the store was just about to close. Cold Stone Creamery happened to be the only place still open until 10 PM, and I urgently needed a cake with a candle. It genuinely felt like a make-or-break moment. Not only did I get the cake and the candle, but the employee helping me asked what the occasion was. After hearing the story, he offered to add a custom message to the cake, even though I hadn't asked for it. That small gesture meant so much and made the person receiving the cake incredibly happy. It was the kind of service that absolutely deserved a great tip. Thank you for going above and beyond. Unfortunately, I don't know the employee's name, but he was working the evening shift on June 23, 2026, and was a tall guy. I truly hope the managers recognize and appreciate employees like him, they make all the difference.

Gee, I didn't have a great experience at Cold Stone last night which is really sad because how can…read moreyou not have a good experience at an ice cream shop? Well, let me tell you how. The gal that worked there just didn't seem like she liked her job that much. She didn't smile then when she took my order for my ice cream, which was going to be coffee ice cream with three toppings in it, she barely mixed it together! She flipped it over once and then stuffed it in the cup leaving so much topping (that I was paying extra for!!) on the counter! So I said politely, "you're gonna give me that topping right" and she was like " oh ok" and then she like smushed it on the top like I was at a yogurt shop or something!!! But she STILL left stuff on the cold stone counter. I'm paying for those toppings!!! I want every last one of them. Im paying extra for each topping plus there's hardly any extra topping given so you're getting a lot of extra money from me!! I don't know. Then she had the nerve to say when I was about to pay " the screens gonna ask you some questions " . Why would I give her a tip? I'm getting so sick of these tips anyway. I'm like-- enough already! I'm coming into the store to get ice cream that's your job. Why am I paying you to do your job? Especially when you're ripping me off and not giving me my proper number of turns to fold the topping into the ice cream and then leaving my toppings on the counter! I was just really disappointed and I think I'll just go to Coco swirl across the street from now on because if I'm gonna have my ice cream with the topping on top, I might as well put my own topping on my yogurt. I was just looking at the pictures and was reminded that it didn't even seem like I was given a full medium serving of ice cream because as you can see it was low and then the toppings are on top such a bad experience.
