I searched the internet/Yelp for a suitable bakery for the party but did not find a company that I felt could meet my standards. This party was for my wife of 44 years, and it had to be right. It was getting down to the wire, and I was getting nervous until I found Mitra Asgari, the queen of cakes. I called her, and we discussed the type of cake I was looking for. Mitra discussed her process, and by the end of the conversation, I was sold. I submitted some photos of beautiful cakes from Etsy, and Mitra and I fine-tuned the design and budget.
