The first time trying out Out the Dough, we were excited to try the different flavors and ordered Deja Brew, Fruity Pebbles, and the third was probably Baklava. At first I thought they all tasted similar, like vanilla, but I saw a comment saying that the cookie dough tastes like flour, which I agree with. There wasn't a strong between the flavors. Other menu items include shakes, coffee drinks, ice cream, cookies, cupcakes, etc. We have come back a couple of times, and the two women employees are quite nice, but the other person who works here seems unwelcoming and intimidating. I thought it was just a one-off when we first asked where we could find the cookie dough flavor menu and he pointed to the side and walked away, but on a different occasion he just took the card when we paid and I suppose he doesn't really talk to customers, or we just catch him when he's having an off day. read more

Located inside Market & Main right as you walk in. Mini me ordered a dessert for us to share of her choice. I felt like the service was fast and friendly. The gal was even nice to give us a spoon prior to our ordering for a meal we got at another place here before dessert. Dark chocolate sorbet has the most intense flavor, not bitter like so many dark/dairy-free chocolate. And the texture is smooth, creamy... it felt like gelato. Truly impressive. The cookie dough is delicious as it's own forbidden sweet and also baked up as cookies. You can tell a true food lover and professionally trained chef is behind their products. Have been going to out the dough since it was located in Concord. Went tonight and was very pleased about the service and the quality of the item I ordered. I came in around 6:30 and there was only one girl working. She was very fast and apologized for the wait time although it was not very long. She kept a smile on her face and was very sweet! My boyfriend and I both got quake shakes and confirmed that these were the best ones we've had so far! I appreciate that because many workers will tend to rush and the quality of food may decrease when they're the only worker (understandable) but she proved otherwise. As a pregnant woman it's nice to know I can eat this and if I don't finish my scoop I can take the rest home and bake it into a cookie. Such a great spot to get a quick, tasty treat! Angelo, one of the owners, is always fun to chat with and helps guide you towards something that you would like. They also serve Tellus coffee, one of the best coffee shops in the bay! They also own the pizza restaurant in the building and you can tell that Angelo and his family brought the same attention to quality and ingredients to both businesses. Came in around 430 a little before closing. Walked in to make sure they were open and the young lady greeted me and said Hi. She seemed sweet. So I came back with my family. Upon entering she was helping another customer. There was another gentleman there. He helped us in the most non approachable way. I thought maybe he's having a bad day.
