I had a great experience at SVS vision in Brighton yesterday. Dr. Rudick was very thorough with my eye exam and took time to answer all my questions. The exam never felt rushed. In the showroom Katie was so patient and great with helping me select frames. I hadn't purchased new frames in years. Katie and her colleagues really took the time to help me find frames that suited my face. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, without ever making me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. I can't wait to receive the pair I ordered and plan on going back for a 2nd pair. The team at SVS vision was great. From the exam with the Doctor to the final pick up of my glasses. The doctor spent the time to find the best set of glasses to help me with my computer work and also another pair for driving. He understood that I have difficulty with the Progressive lenses and did not try to force me into a pair of glasses I cannot use. Picking out my glasses was a breeze April pulled a slew of glasses that were smaller stature and close to the shape i prefer. Was pretty quick and efficient. We had previously went to a different SVS location and after purchasing several pairs of glasses over the years that my husband was totally dissatisfied with, we decided to try the Brighton location! I was having trouble with my new contacts and Doctor Martin Rudick made time for me on a Saturday afternoon. He found out that the new contact on the right eye was not lining up correctly and ordered a new trial contract for me. He was thorough and took his time to figure out the situation, thanks again Doctor Rudick. I had to pay out of pocket for the whole exam and for both pair of glasses due to a every other year eye insurance policy? I feel a lot better now that he took the time to correct the issue with my right eye contact lens. read more

I was new to Brighton and wasn't sure where to go. I saw SVS and I have a friend that works for an SVS and they said "try it". 1. the doctor is great! I am comfortable every time and scrip is always spot on 2. first time in progressive glasses and they were perfect, so many friends complain about their glass and I tell them to go to SVS 3. I arrived on my scheduled appointment time and was greeted with a smile and immediately was met by the Dr for my exam which was performed in a complete and professional manner. Once my exam was finished I was greeted by another professional and I looked over 100s of pairs of frames for my new glasses. I had a great experience at SVS in Brighton MI. I felt like I received one of the best, most thorough eye exams I've had in a long time. I have a lot of vision problems and the doctor took extra time with me to make sure I got the best prescription for my lenses. Then the person that helped me afterward helped me pick out frames and explained how my insurance worked as far as payment since this was the first time I had used it. We had a very nice experience it went smoothly, not a long wait, everything was very nice. we felt like covid protocol was a little relaxed.. chairs were apart but they didn't ask any covid questions or take temperature, I've been in other offices that have. Also they said appointments only as I was sitting there someone walked in with no appointment .. and started walking around looking at frames to replace. otherwise everyone in the office and the Dr . Great Staff! New Client and I will be going back for year! The doctor was very informative and was able to get me on the right subscription. Went back to get my new glasses and no further adjustments were needed! Compared to where I went before, they had to change the prescription 3 times and reset the lens 4 times. The staff was super nice! The doctor gave me a trial size of my contact solution. Never got that from the place I was going before. Also gave me a sample of a two week version of my contacts since I was on my last pair in case something happened to them while I wait for mine to come in. Great customer service! Had a great experience here. I finally had to get progressive lenses, and when my glasses came in, the rx just wasn't quite right for me. They immediately rectified it and 3 days later, I had a new pair of glasses that seem to be perfect for me. They stand by their guarantee and definitely want their customers/patients to be happy! Our 2 year old son needed glasses and we stopped at SVS on a Saturday. All the women were kind and patient, and the Optomitrist talked to us as even when we weren't there for an exam.
