She approached me and I explained my crappy story of being mailed things with security tags on them. She went out of her way to be sure I found a winter coat that fit and I liked and continuously checked in while i shopped. If you order online IN STORE with the cashier they will exchange the order for a larger/smaller size if they don't fit right when they arrive. I think if you order clearance items on your own there are no exchanges, so that's a definite advantage of in-store shopping. Staff is kind and helpful. They will bring you sizes when you are trying on and really care about what you are looking to find and your experience. They get a limited number of some items in store... Certain cute items seem to sell out in middle sizes in-store quickly. If they don't have your size they will look online and combine the order w your in store purchase so you can get the best sale values. Online they have short and extra short for some pants, which is really nice. Prices can be a little high for quality on some items, but shop the promos and you'll do great.
