I had spent $100 at the store for 3 items which cost less than half online. If you don't care about spending more than double on the same exact product ( brand/ size/ quality ) then come here but if you are a momma on a budget and know the sizing you need then get the same exact thing on Amazon. I am also all about supporting small businesses but when they sell you a pair of dance slippers that was used for $25 when you can get the same pair for $11 online and then are rude to you when you mention it, it all comes to customer service and overall experience at the end.

When one spends a great deal of time on ones feet, shoes need to be comfortable because if they are…read morenot comfortable, it can lead to facial wrinkles. Words of wisdom. In my past life, I spent a whole lot of time standing, walking, not sitting, which has lead to funky feet syndrome. Now, I abuse those feet keeping time to music, attempting to get chosen for Dancing with the Stars. Hence the need for comfortable dance shoes. Well, I got lucky and did not have to travel to Michigan because this company brought their entire inventory of shoes to Chicago for a dance competition. They carry a wide range of manufacturers so trying on those shoes is a necessity because they are all cut, shaped differently. I found the saleswomen to be most accommodating and they spend a great deal of time finding just the right shoe. Shoes can even be special ordered in 2 different sizes, if that be required. True, dance shoes tend to be pricey, with special straps, special buckles, different heel heights (for different dances), and special soles. I know, too much info. When told the cost, I once overheard a man ask if he couldn't just wear bowling shoes ~ knock 'em dead Fred. Since I have been challenged to a Tango showdown by some young whippersnapper next week-end, I need to be prepared. I purchased 3 new pair, no excuses. DANCE ON.

I have very sensitive skin, so I was unable to use the inferior Halloween Make-up that is sold in Department Stores, and the "temporary" Hallowen Stores that pop up this time of year. Their recommendations were perfect, and my wife and I both love the Professional Theatrical Make-Up. I was unable to visit the store this year, so I ordered our make-up from the web-site. I received the same excellent Customer Service when I ordered on-line! An item that I wanted was out of stock, so they contacted me immediately, offering a substitute product, and a price adjustment refund! I agreed, they sent my order very quickly, and I am happy with all of the products! This is so incredible because there are not many places that offer this level of Customer Service.
