I had the opportunity to visit it during the grand opening weekend. There were sales associates everywhere offering Kohl's charges and 20%. The racks were neatly arranged and it was so much fun to shop there. Fast forward to know, and this Kohl's is still well-stocked and a blast to shop at. Like all Kohl's stores, they offer fast and easy returns. I usually don't have a problem finding my size and the selection is great.

In general, the store was pretty clean and organized, but the footwear section could definitely use some work and tidying up. But it wasn't too bad. parking was super easy, and staff were pretty nice and friendly. No complaints in those departments at all.

As first time customers, they ask if we would like to share our name and phone number to track their regular or frequent shoppers. I was given a $5 coupon that can be used on our next visit. Pre-loved items are in very good condition, sometimes a tag is still attached to it from the original store. Clothes Mentor smells so good that it sets your mood to shopping therapy mode ;-) They accepts cash or credit card payment. I could have given a 5 star rating however some of the staff were very insensitive to walk-in customers, most especially to those who don't speak or understand English at all. I saw the expression on their faces the dismay when an elderly customers ask and they seem to be not so helpful. You could hear the same answer like "whatever is out there is what we have". Also, some of them choose to greet whoever they want to greet that day. Very much commend one the clothes specialist working there named Linda, she was very polite, engaged in a conversation, and smiling the whole time. Lots of parking. Store hours Monday to Saturday starts at 10 am to 8 pm. Sundays open at 12 noon and closes early at 6pm. Still itching to spend your hard earned money? Walmart, Sketchers, Hobby Lobby and some other stores are open and just a few meters apart from each other.

I always get compliments on clothes and shoes from here. Torrid makes very well-fitting pants and jeans - They are my favorite store to shop for these! If you are a bigger girl, they know your body. Swim styles are figure conscious and beautiful. I get the feeling the designers aren't doing their time in the plus-size minor league until they can "advance" to smaller sizes. The clothes feel like the designers know what is flattering to larger sizes and have fun with fashion. For some styles online, they will model an item with THREE different size models so you have a pretty good idea of how it will look on you. Brilliant. You'll find cute wide sandals and boots for wide calves -hallelujah! - and of much better style and quality than other stores I've shopped for similar items. I tend to wear my shoes from here often. Really cute. Their footwear is all wide, but can also run inconsistently large. I usually need a half size smaller here than in other shoe stores, so make sure to check reviews if you should size down. If you order online IN STORE with the cashier they will exchange the order for a larger/smaller size if they don't fit right when they arrive. I think if you order clearance items on your own there are no exchanges, so that's a definite advantage of in-store shopping. Staff is kind and helpful. They will bring you sizes when you are trying on and really care about what you are looking to find and your experience. They get a limited number of some items in store... Certain cute items seem to sell out in middle sizes in-store quickly. If they don't have your size they will look online and combine the order w your in store purchase so you can get the best sale values. Online they have short and extra short for some pants, which is really nice. Prices can be a little high for quality on some items, but shop the promos and you'll do great. Here's a bonus: They have fans in each fitting room so you don't get hot! Wow, I really love you, Torrid. You keep that killer fashion up!!
