My husband's glasses were wildly expensive and they came in after two weeks, and they forgot the coating. So off they go back to be remade. Another two weeks. This is frustrating for items that cost two car parents apiece. Maybe I'm old fashioned but these issues could have been mitigated.

The pricing they gave me on glasses was off by $200. even though they could see, it was written down in my chart they would not honor it because the gentleman that placed it did it wrong . I had to physically drive there and push a sale order on them since they would not return calls. I will be looking for a new optical place after almost 20 years.

I had a very hard time getting her to send me an actual bill. She just kept calling and harassing me at work. It's been over four months. I had to finally make a trip up there and just pay the money. I have been going to Dr. Clark for approximately 20 years. He performed Lasik surgery on me 18…read moreyears ago and my eyes are still 20/20. Just recently he lifted my eyelids. I was very apprehensive about having it done and waited about 4 years after Dr. Clark recommended it. I didn't think it was a necessary surgery, but I was totally wrong. My peripheral vision was compromised because of droopy eyelids. I am amazed how much I was missing, especially while driving. An added bonus, is I look a little younger. Dr. Clark is very busy, but will take time to answer your questions, but you have to ask. He explains everything very matter of fact and to the point, and will thoroughly explain the procedures. I trust him with my eyes as does my husband, and many friends and as did my mother and father-in-law. Get an early morning appointment, otherwise you may be waiting an hour.

Dr Tait was examining my eye and something hit my eye and I turned my head away. 9-1-21 Checkup - My eye doesn't better and I was told it will take 3-5 weeks to heal. 9-8-21 Checkup - No improvement. I asked Dr Tait if he thought it was because when something hit my eye. He said no. 9-15-21 no improvement. 9-22-21 Dr Tait said your eye is healed. I had some questions. We would talk about them next time. 10-13-21 Dr Tait said IT IS ALL IN YOUR HEAD I went several eye Dr and I have a macular wrinkle and there is nothing can be done about that. Rather than argue, I simply accepted the glasses out of the box with no adjustments. I simply planned to return in a week to have one of the other very skilled people fix any problems. Of course they don't fit, they hurt my nose and I'm mostly wearing my old glasses. This is nonsense. The same thing happened with my last pair of glasses. My bifocals were too high because the nose rests and frames were not adjusted out of the box. I returned and found that my nose rests and fames were completely wrong. No call, no email, no notification whatsoever. When I asked why it was canceled, the receptionist said, "I don't know." Then it somehow got worse--she claimed that I had called and canceled my own appointment, which is completely false. Why would I go out of my way to drive there if I had canceled it? When I asked whether they notify patients when appointments are canceled, she again responded with, "I don't know if it notifies you or not." That level of confusion and lack of accountability is unacceptable. And then the only "solution" offered was to reschedule me for next Thursday morning. Why would I come back here after my appointment was canceled without any notification, only to be told it was somehow my fault? That's not a solution--that's doubling down on poor service. This was incredibly unprofessional from start to finish. Poor communication, inaccurate information, and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
